Stayed Jun 1, 2025Ended up being just my son and I for a baseball tournament so we had plenty of room. The condo was clean and well run. It was a little far from the elevator but right next to the stairs so it was an easy trip up and down to the beach, pool, parking lot, etc. I'd recommend this condo and Holiday to those looking in the Destin area.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was decorated perfectly. It was very nice. Only down was the couch. When you set down or get up it made noises. I know it was because it’s a bed but it wasn’t comfortable to set on.

My husband and I absolutely love it. We have already been discussing next year’s stay. It’s so awesome to be able to walk right out of your room and be on the beach. Destin is so beautiful! We will be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would like to say the room was not I expected when me and my best friend rented the condo. The pictures were very misleading! Everything was old and certain things were dirty for instance the lamp shade, the tub was clogged the first day we got there, old tv’s cable went out for an entire day and many rule's that I felt were unnecessary ! I will not be renting here again!

Only cons I have is that the refrigerator had spill stains on the side when we arrived and there was no cable or antenna to at least watch television.

Our unit, 303, was nicely furnished and had a great view of the ocean. There was a TV in the den and bedroom. Nice chairs on the balcony. We used the steps to get to the beach because the elevator was a little way from our room. The desk clerks were extremely nice and helpful. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was an extra bonus.

We had a beautiful view of the ocean. We also liked how quite it was in the evenings. we were there for Spring Break, so it was nice that the pool was heated and the boys setting up the beach chairs and umbrellas rocked it!
