Reviewer Comments: All was good except the air conditioning was so loud we could barely sleep at night.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at HSRC several times and this room is the most conveniently located condo we’ve stayed in. It was clean and as advertised. And of course HSRC is in a great location. As always the staff was excellent. We had an issue with a temperature sensor on the stove and maintenance came to the room and fixed it immediately.

Unit was ok, would suggest a different layout for tv in bedroom, not at all comfortable to watch tv in bed.

The room was nice and the gulf view was spectacular from the 2nd floor. Friendly staff and accommodating. The beach service and personal was great. Only negative was no washer-dryer in room.

Reviewer Comments: The location was great, and the view was wonderful, the room was not clean when we arrived. The mattress had a sunken in side. The sheets were stained. The maintenance guys helped try to resolve our issues quickly. If I stayed at this complex again I would try another unit.

The beach, the pool and the parking lot. One flight of stairs and you are wherever you want to be. Condo had all kitchen items needed for our stay. Conveniently located near all the must go to restaurants. We would definitely recommend and will be back!!

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lights flickered in all the rooms and several outlets didn't work properly. An even larger safety concern than the shoddy electrical was the stove, good lord! The numbers and symbols on the knobs were 90% gone (where? who knows!) so you have no clue which knob goes to which burner and how hot you've made it. Trial and error resulted in an actual flame coming up from a glass top stove which I have never seen in my life. I suppose if you don't need lights and don't plan to cook in, it's a great experience! Everything was clean enough and the unit's proximity to the stairs and boardwalk was very convenient. The first come, first serve nature of the beach chairs was an interesting take...not super charming to have to get up at the crack of dawn to get a front row view. 3/5 stars.
