Exclusive ground floor Condo, Lake & Pool View, WIFI

Above expectations. Friendly neighbors. Renters eager to help us have the best stay. Very nice folks.

I was disappointed in the very uncomfortable beds and old uncomfortable furniture. King bed makes a terrible racket when ever we rolled over our getting in or out of the bed. The twin mattresses need replacing. No support. We couldn't get enough hot water to fill the tub. Owner told us they would look into it in April. That didn't help us. The dishwasher is so old and loud we could only run it when away from the condo. The dryer would not stop running until manually turned off. I expected better for a condo in this price point.

Everything was super from the time we made the reservation, until we arrived and during the duration of our stay. Great accommodations and a terrific location! The condo owners & the on-site contact took care of every need & were very friendly.

Tom and Anne's lovely condo exceeded our expectations! Wonderfully appointed and immaculate, the condo has a spacious and comfortable lounge area with large TV as well as a pretty dining room. The breakfast nook with an additional TV is great for eating as well as a convenient location to catch up on your emails with free wifi included. The kitchen is amazing, supplied with every utensil or appliance you may need...coffee pot, blender, toaster oven, grilling machine, even a juicer! There are also ample dishes, glassware, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, storage containers, and kitchen gadgets. No need to bring any supplies, they're all there. The laundry room with large-capacity washer and dryer and is conveniently located off the kitchen. The master bedroom is very spacious with a comfortable king bed, and the adjoining bath with his and her sinks are very nice , as well as the walk-in closet. The lanai was very relaxing and peaceful, with a lovely view of the fountain and cascading waterfall. The condo is a short walk to the beautiful pool area with ample lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables. We didn't have any children with us, but the garage contains any pool or beach toy you may need for the kids. The location of Falling Waters is equally as impressive. Conveniently situated just north of downtown Naples, you are just a short drive to the Naples beaches, Bonita Beach, Estero, Ft. Myers, or a quick trip south to visit Marco Island. The shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses and community parks are very closeby. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect vacation.

We found this place to be very relaxing. Our stay there was very enjoyable. Everyone was very friendly and sme played golf and held other social activities. Our home away from home..

What a great time we had at this condo. We were there for the month of January, but had to be home before it was over, so the owners let us arrive a few days early. That meant we did not have to drive on New Year's Eve or Day. The codo was in great shape and the pictures were accurate in describing the whole unit. The lanai was wonderful, with nice furniture and an outdoor kitchen. We tried to eat on the lanai every day. and the view of the pond, swimming pool and woods was very peaceful. Location in north Naples was great. Easy access to all we love to do, museums, restaurants, beach, shopping, etc. We have been coming to Naples for several years now and this was by far the nicest, best location and furnished place we have ever stayed in. WiFi was excellent as were all of the extras available, i.e., beach chairs and umbrellas, swim fins, etc. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

We spent two weeks at this beautiful apartment set in lovely grounds. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. The kitchen has everything you need. There is a large shared pool that is well maintained . Local restaurants and shopping are excellent . We would love to go back!

Property and furnishings more than lived up to the description as well as our own expectations. In addition it was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Directions given were excellent and we arrived from Fort Myers Airport in next to no time. Being just off the highway made it most accessible to all the things we wished to do for example the beaches, golf courses, restaurants and shopping. Have absolutely no difficulty in recommending this property to anyone. Interior was very spacious and our party of four adults were comfortable with all domestic appliances available and of very good standard.

We had a great stay for 2 weeks in this apartment but it would be equally suitable for longer rentals with so many things to do in and around Naples. The apartment was perfectly clean and everything was of a very high standard and just as described. The gated community is well kept and quiet and the large swimming pool is fantastic. Beaches are a short drive away (Barefoot Beach especially recommended) and plenty of varied shopping and great restaurants close by. Owners are very helpful and local support went the extra mile if we needed anything. Highly recommended!
