Stayed Sep 24, 2025This property needs help. The drain in the master bedroom sink was nearly completely clogged. I removed the stopper (it just pulled out ) and stuck to it was a huge ball of hair and debris. Anyone who cleaned this apartment would have been aware that this sink didn't drain. In the hall bathroom, the knob that you pull to move the water from the tub to the shower head was frozen! It was impossible to get water to the shower head. I couldn't find pliers so I used a wine bottle opener to work the knob loose enough to get water to the shower head. There was no drain plug available if you were planning a bath. Both shower heads would benefit from a good soak in vinegar or CLR to loosen the crud, then a scrub with a stiff brush to get the mold and debris out. This would increase the water pressure immensely. One of the light bulbs in a LR lamp was useless (constant flickering) and the bulb in the other lamp was Too weak to read by. These are all reasonably easy fixes. These issues were all very obvious and should have been dealt with before expecting paying guests. I am requesting a refund of one night's stay(276) as compensation. I do have photos if you request them.
