Stayed Jul 20, 2025This is the third or fourth time we’ve stayed in this house, and we will never stay anywhere else in North Conway as long as this is available. It is absolutely perfect- great location, ample parking, quiet, spacious, every detail considered- just a really great space for families. Thank you as always!

This place is well stocked, super clean, comfy beds, air conditioning, private, just everything and more! Owners are very responsive if there's an issue. We cannt say enough about this awesome place! Stayed Oct 11, 2024We had a wonderful stay! Finding the right combination of rooms and space for our crew is tough but this was exactly what we needed! A wonderful kitchen to cook meals and apple pies. Enough room for everyone to sit at the table or watching a movie. Penney was great to communicate with. Made sure we had everything we needed. Quick to respond when we had questions. We can’t wait to go back. Being a former host, I say with confidence, an exceptional experience. The location is fantastic close to everything but tucked away to feel in the woods. Thank you Penney!
