Welcome to EraBella, located in the 2015 built Era, developed by the award-winning Concert Properties, developer of The Chelsea, Astoria, and Belvedere.

Era highlights the best of the past and future by seamlessly blending existing historic architecture with modern concrete and glass. We are very excited to be able to offer one of the best one-bedroom units in the new Era building, Victoria. The views are more than enough to make EraBella a great choice, but all of the extra features make it a slam dunk. The best views in Victoria are on the south side but when you have taken in all of the cruise ships, snow-capped mountains, church steeples, and Inner Harbour activity you can absorb, you can retire to the bedroom and draw the black-out blinds to keep unwanted early morning light from bothering your sleep.

Two HD Smart TV's (one 50 and one 40) will give you the entertainment options you may desire. Chick flicks and action movies, anyone You will love the leather Stressless Chair located in the window that swivels to be able to take in any viewpoint you wish.

The care that was put into this designer-decorated suite shows in every way from the out of sight wiring to the large amount of storage in the undercarriage of the comfortable bed and the custom electric fireplace glow. One of my favourite features is the fact that the city night lights provide the perfect amount of light to act as a night light in case of a late night need to stir.

Features include laminate wood-patterned flooring in living room, dining room and kitchen; wool carpet in the bedroom; and large format porcelain floor tile in bathroom and laundry area. Expansive windows with contemporary roller blinds will let you take in the magnificence of the Olympic Mountain Views and Inner Harbour Waterway. Another desirable feature is the large grab bar on the wall of the combo tub and shower.

Sleek and sophisticated stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, microwave with integrated hood fan and glass electric cooktop are features of the well-equipped kitchen you will find here. Everything you need to make a gourmet meal in house since you may find it hard to walk away from the views.

One of the most desirable attributes in the neighbourhood is walkability. Staying at EraBella means you won't need to cross a bridge or walk across town to get to your favourite store, restaurant, or Victoria's business core. Most anything you could want is minutes away.

This suite is better suited to a single person or a couple.

The ERA Building offers bicycle storage, operating on a first come first serve basis. This means that there is no guarantee that a spot will be available in the bicycle storage to store your bicycle upon your arrival. Therefore, if you plan to bring your bicycle(s) along, please reach out to Victoria Prime before booking, to discuss. An alternative is to rent bicycles while you are here. Many of the bicycle rental companies in Victoria will allow them to be stored at their premises at the end of each day, even if you rent for a week or longer.

Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.

    Spent a week in Victoria, this location allowed us to walk everywhere. We were far enough away from the busy streets but close enough to restaurants and water front. Yates Market and London drugs very conveniently located a block away. The condo unit has beautiful views of the waterfront and sunsets. The unit is exactly as shown, very clean and up to date and comfortable. Windows shut out any street noise. Appreciated the black out curtains in the bedroom. You will not be disappointed!     What a great place to stay while visiting Victoria. Location was awesome ..... just a couple of blocks from the heart of town. Unit was very clean and well stocked with everything needed for a wonderful stay. Check-in was easy and Dani was friendly and full of good tips on places to dine, etc. All in all we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend.

    We just left this condo after spending 4 nights there. It was perfectly located for all our activities. It is well appointed with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. Furniture and bed were very comfortable. We were greeted on arrival and given a walkthrough which was helpful. The building is very secure but access fobs very easy to use for both condo and parking. Views were incredible. Somewhat noisy at night but it is downtown so that was expected (and we're not used to it). But action filled days made for deep sleeps so not a problem (and we had windows open to enjoy the night air). Definitely would stay again without hesitation.

    We enjoyed our three week stay in this comfortable apartment. The location was excellent, handy to everything. We didn't have a car and walked everywhere or took the bus. Located in the same block as a bakery and a cinema - who could ask for anything more! The apartment had all that we needed. Groceries and other services were close by. Thank you to the thoughtful concierge staff for their welcome.

    This apartment is even better than pictured. It seems to be brand new, very clean and well supplied. The location is perfect for sight seeing in Victoria. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go. Enjoyed sitting on the sunny little deck looking at the city and water. Lawrence and Dani were both friendly and helpful. Lawrence pointed out many of the local features - grocery stores, liquor store, restaurants etc. and made some good recommendations to us. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone and would love to go back again.

    This condo is super clean and well appointed. It's walking distance to all of downtown Victoria. The views are nice from the little patio and it is very comfortable for a couple. This is an urban condo with urban noises so if you need complete quiet you may want to stay out of the downtown. With the windows closed, it is fine. Lawrence and Dani do a great job orientating you upon your arrival. They are friendly, helpful and I would rent from them again and recommend them to friends.

    Pros- Centrally located in proximity to Dowtown and waterfront. Good size one bedroom. Nice condo building entrance with well appointed apt. furniture. Comfortable bed. Reception and departure by hosts Lawrence and Dani was excellent...could not ask for more. I would not hesitate to deal with Victoria Prime as they took care of all our needs/concerns. Cons- Some noise from street level which can be overcome by keeping windows closed at nigh time.

    The room was new and clean with a great view over downtown Victoria. Lawrence, the concierge was prompt and friendly and made sure I was comfortable with the condo before he left. Booking was easy and the city was terrific. Victoria Prime Property management is a good way to go if you're looking for a safe, secure, problem-free stay.
