Stayed Sep 20, 2024A beautiful place with a beautiful view! Communication was great, instructions easy to follow, so very positive experience with property owner. We parked in the River Place parking deck for $14/day that just a block over (in front of the Ballust hotel). The condo is an easy, short 20 min drive to Wrightsville Beach, so we took advantage of this! Within walking distance to lots of food options (Quanto Basta ❤️❤️) and attractions - we loved walking downstairs to the Bagels on Point for a quick breakfast and the employees there were so sweet and helpful. I only took a star off for reasons that were outside of owner control - very loud weekend nights at the bar behind this complex could be difficult for light sleepers. I believe they were enough complaints that the bar was shutdown earlier on Saturday. Additionally, couldn’t fully enjoy the balcony because of resident pigeons. It didn’t necessarily bother me, but for those with aversion to birds to consider!

Stayed Oct 8, 2023We absolutely loved this property! Accessible to everything downtown Wilmington has to offer! Walking distance to the Wilson Center which we enjoyed so much. GREAT private balcony overlooking the Cape Fear and the battleship. Super accommodating condo and wonderful bed! Would definitely recommend!

Stayed Jul 14, 2023Nicely decorated! The condo has a modern feel to it. Plenty of room. Everything you need, including a small washer & dryer. Beautiful views of the water. I would absolutely recommend The Eagle's Nest. Only drawback is that it can be a bit loud at night, as there is a restaurant & bar just behind the condo.

Stayed Jun 26, 2023What a lovely condo! The location was perfect -- walkable to just about everything in town. It's also only about 20 mins from the beach. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The views, particularly during sunset, were breathtaking. The property manager was highly responsive and provided excellent support. Overall, I highly recommend this property!

Stayed Jun 4, 2023This condo was in an ideal location, close to all but a few streets away from the bustle and noise. The condo is furnished comfortably with everything you need. Plenty of coffee for the Nepresso ( thank you!), fantastic balcony seating that was so spacious and offered a wonderful view. Communication was fast and informative. Would stay here again to enjoy all that downtown Wilmington has to offer.
