nice place, easy access, would stay again

This was such a great base for our trips to Arches, islands in the sky and the needles. Excellent home and service!

Super clean and one of the best houses I’ve stayed in. Great neighborhood as well.

Absolutely loved our stay. The home was well kept with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Proximity to Arches National Park was a huge plus. We look to visit again in the future.

Place is nice, great bedroom layout, clean and new. Pool is too small for community and does not have enough chairs or shade to enjoy any earlier than dusk.

Our family of seven, plus grandparents, enjoyed staying here during our Moab vacation! It was close to everything; perfect location. We loved the pool, the bikes and the layout of the house. It was clean and well stocked.

We had a wonderful stay in Moab! This condo was one of the best vrbo’s we have stayed in. Was very clean, had extras like lots of appliances and spices in the kitchen and bathroom soap and shampoo, extra throw blankets, etc. The absolute favorite feature is the very detailed tv instructions complete with trouble shooting etc!Location was great for exploring arches national park.

We used this condo as a base for a bicycling vacation. The residence was perfect - stored the bikes in the garage, loved the hot tub, really appreciated all the little things the place was stocked with. Enjoyed that we didn't have to run out and buy basics immediately, like coffee, salt, olive oil etc. Really nice place!!

This place was very clean, well decorated, and organized. It made you want to help keep it that way. Communication with ownership was excellent. The location is in old town Moab which is great for activities, food spots, bike rides, church, and the bike shop are close by. Everything in this owner’s control is fantastic. We had parking for our vehicle in the garage or driveway and access to the cruiser bikes which was fun too!

Great spot in loan for family and friends - short drive to downtown and a good spot launch from for all activities.

Very clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed, particularly the kitchen! Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Also, very quiet. Would stay again......

Very comfortable, clean and organized townhome. Excellent location and great communication from the property manager. The kids loved the little playroom under the staircase. It was a wonderful experience for all of us visiting from Hong Kong, Texas and Ohio. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property and the service from the owner were a delight! Clean, comfy, every detail thought about to make our vacation simply wonderful! Book this place if you want to hike the Arches National Park and enjoy the downtown Moab shops and restaurants!

This is the second time we have stayed at Sarah and Scott’s place while in Moab and we will return here every time when we are with the whole family. We have kids in their teens and early twenties, and they all have plenty of room to themselves in the house. The pool is just a few steps away, so it’s perfect for the times that we have a couple of free hours in the afternoon. They also love to take the bike cruisers into town for frozen yogurt or shopping! My husband and I can grab trails from the house to MTB if we want, or throw the bikes in the truck for trails a bit further away, but really have a ton of options from the house. We absolutely love this place and have made a ton of family memories here!

All 10 of us were very comfortable and loved staying here!

Our group of six was very comfortable in this home ( could have easily fit more). The home was very clean and well maintained. Good location for all of the parks in the area. Would highly recommend this property. Greg, North Carolina.
