After a long day of play, relax in one of the two Kicking House Condo hot tubs. The Granby Ranch resort amenities (skiing, biking trails, fishing, swim, clubhouse) are a separate fee paid to the resort at the Ranch Hall building.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025This was a wonderful spot for a weekend getaway. House was clean and tidy and in a really nice spot for winter activities. Host was wonderful and communicative even though we had no problems all weekend. The fire place was a delight and the whole place was really spacious for multiple couples if needed.

Stayed Mar 6, 2024Enjoyed condo with family of four. Clean, comfy and has everything needed including extra towels for hot tub and when went to use pool at the base. Convenient short walk to lifts.
