Located just under 2 miles from the Civic Center, this stylish space is perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure with friends or family.

Each of the three bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep, complete with comfy bedding and plenty of storage. The open-concept living area is great for unwinding or catching up with your fellow travelers after exploring everything Yuma has to offer.

If you need to get some work done or just want a quiet spot to relax, the third bedroom features a dedicated office space with a comfortable desk, chair, and high-speed internet. You can stay connected while enjoying your getaway!

A Few Quick House Rules
Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know in advance. We appreciate your understanding as we often have back-to-back bookings.

Respect for Neighbors:
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Let’s keep our neighborhood peaceful!

No Parties or Events:
Our condo is in a residential area, so we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events.

No Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your butts properly.

Pet Policy:
We love dogs! Our home is dog-friendly, but please note there’s a pet cleaning fee to help our team with extra cleaning afterward. (Undisclosed pets will incur a higher fee.)

Maximum Occupancy:
Please stick to the number of guests specified in your booking. If you plan to bring extra guests, just give us a heads-up!

Cleanliness:
We appreciate your help in keeping things tidy. A cleaning fee covers standard cleaning, but excessive mess may result in additional charges.

Kitchen Use:
Feel free to use the kitchen! Just clean up after cooking and don’t leave perishable items in the fridge when you check out.

Utilities and Appliances:
If anything isn’t working properly, please let us know right away.

Security:
Please remember to lock all doors and windows when you leave. Keep access codes and keys to yourself.

Trash and Recycling:
Make sure to dispose of trash and recycling in the right bins. Trash pickup is on Mondays, and recycling is on Thursdays.

Yard Maintenance:
Yard maintenance happens every Sunday. If that poses a problem, just let us know, and we’ll try to reschedule!

Long-Term Stays:
For stays of 28 days or more, we’ll arrange for a professional cleaner to come every 30 days at an additional fee.

Please adhere to all local laws and regulations during your stay.

    The location is great, amenities are pristine, and we love that it is pet friendly. The hosts were communicative and were clear with instructions. We would definitely stay again if we need a place in Yuma.

    The property was exactly what we were looking for! We were in Yuma for the World Series and it was nice and quiet after a loud day at the ball park!

    The house was nice and is in a quiet safe neighborhood. There is things to do in the area with food and attractions. The host was very good with communication and responded quick. We had a couple issues that were taken care of right away some being out of her control.

    Home was in a convenient location, property manager was very communicative and the property was as stated. There however, was a bit of a pet odor.... Besides that it was perfect for us.

    Everything was clean. Location is not central to the town or attractions of any sort. House is clean and in excellent shape but not cozy or homey. Clean beds, linens, and towels. We bought trash bags and dishwasher detergent for a 4 day stay because it was not provided.
