Come stay in our newly renovated two story apartment in the 78704 zip (right next to downtown, but more of a neighborhood feel). Open layout with lots of natural lighting. New kitchen appliances so you can cook and eat comfortably during your stay, but also super close to some amazing restaurants - Austin has so much good food! Outdoor patio space with seating, living room couch folds out to sleep 2, and two bedrooms upstairs sleep 2 each. Comfortable and close to everything Austin has to off

Stayed May 10, 2026This was a great hosting near by downtown, very homey cozy and comfortable! It’s a great place to stay for a small group and this place only made our experience visiting Austin even better! The host is very quick to respond, very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

Stayed Mar 5, 2026This place was perfect for our impromptu trip to south Austin. We were minutes away from everything we wanted to do: Barton Creek Square, bowling, pizza, etc. Our host, Dan, was prompt with communication and had great suggestions. The apartment was quiet and well stocked with essentials. The beds are comfy and they offered toppers in each closet in case you need a little more cushion. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need of you want to stay in and cook.We stayed with our adult children and all had plenty of room and comfy sleeping arrangements. Highly recommend staying here.

Stayed Feb 17, 2025Upstairs bathroom sink clogged. No extra sheets, so we had to share what was on bed with the sister on the couch. All towels were horribly stained. I advise you try some beach on them. Had to clean coffee maker before using. Toaster oven full of someone else’s crumbs.Hair on floors. Very hard to get comfortable in a place that was not cleaned very well.
