Stayed Jul 8, 2023We’ve been vacationing in Ormond-by-the-Sea for a decade. We LOVE the area. This condo was one of the very best we’ve stayed in. Everything you need and the views are incredible from both floors. We will definitely try to stay here again!!

Stayed Jul 1, 2022This was our favorite vacation! The location to the beach was less than a minute away. Literally right across the street! The condo was absolutely gorgeous, and beautifully decorated! The pool was right outside the back door, and semi secluded to the condo residents only. Most of the time we had it to ourselves or were forming friendships with the residents that live there all year round. The neighbors were so welcoming, and friendly. I give this a 100 stars if I could! Thank you Kevin and Marilyn for sharing your beautiful home with my family of 6! ?❤️

Stayed Dec 27, 2021We loved our stay! The place was perfect for our family of four. We loved that the beach was private to guests on the three streets near us, and traffic free. The townhouse was incredible. We even watched dolphin from the 2nd story balcony. The owners Kevin and Marilyn we amazing to work with and prompt with any questions that I had. I’d rate this a 10 out of 10.
