Place was clean and well taken care of. Enjoyed the extra space in the corner unit. Only comment for improvement would be it could use another set of silverware.

Always love Base Camp One. Ski in, ski out. Condo is roomy and very comfortable.

Blane's property was absolutely amazing. One of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed in. The condo was well stocked with everything from cookware to more blankets and pillows than we could ever use. There were even a few puzzles our family enjoyed during our nights in. The location was perfect for skiing, a short 5 minute walk from your door to the base. It was no sweat to run back for lunch and get warm, or grab forgotten gloves/goggles. Check in and check out was extremely easy and straight forward. Blane was extremely accommodating and helpful, we made the huge mistake of initially booking our stay for the wrong dates. It took us a few months to realize it but when we did we immediately reached out to Blane regarding the issue. He responded and was able to resolve the issue in less than a couple hours. We couldn't be more thankful to Blane considering it was just a few weeks out from our trip.If you are looking for the best place to stay in Granby look no further, Blane has got you covered!!!

Very comfortable and clean condo with a nice kitchen ! Lovely views from every window! The host was very generous and condo was fully stocked with whatever we needed!

Our family of four had a wonderful week here at this corner unit at the base of Granby Ranch! TLDR: it’s clean, the kitchen is great and the lift is right outside. Will definitely stay here again!!Cleanliness/Owner: First thing we noticed was how clean the condo felt. The cleanest/freshest place we’ve ever stayed at! Carpet, bathrooms, towels, bedding, couch, and counters were all clean. The owner is communicative, responsive, and friendly. We appreciated the clear check in/out directions. Kitchen: We love to cook so this is really important to us. This is the best VRBO kitchen we’ve stayed at. The kitchen is spacious with lots of prep surfaces. Nice pots, pans, and knives (decent knives!!), as well as a well stocked pantry made it really enjoyable to cook for the week. Basics like salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, and spices all available. Location: The building is right at the base of Granby Ranch. If you haven’t been here before, it’s basically at the base camp of the ski resort. Leaving our ski gear in the locker on the first level was so convenient! No lugging heavy gear upstairs into the condo and the lift is just outside the doors. Indoor parking is easy and the building has carts that make bringing luggage or groceries up a breeze.Bed/bath: beds, bedding and pillows are comfy and plush. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. If you need to spread out. The main bath is in suite and so roomy! Soaking tub was great for sore muscles.

Nice property, just as shown. Clean place with a fully stocked kitchen and a ski locker. Everything went smoothly and I didn’t have a reason to contact the host. We stay at Base Camp One every year to ski because it’s true ski in ski out.
