Great view of beach! Definitely saw dolphins! Easy access to beach and walking distance to great restaurants, live music and shops! We would stay again.

We had a few instances where we had to contact Eric and he quickly responded. He also gave a tour of the condo upon our arrival and provided us with great restaurant recommendations. The property is at a great location with easy beach access and a beautiful balcony view of the ocean and the boardwalk. The condo is very spacious, with modern amenities and very clean.If we visit Virginia Beach again we will definitely book this property again.

This location is great! It is central to both the beach and many shops. The owner is friendly and very helpful. I recommend bringing some headphones/ear plugs as the noise from the street (cars/motorcycles) could be noisy

Accurately described and pictured property with a helpful and responsive host. Primo location right on the beach and walkable to just about anywhere in the oceanfront area. Property was clean and well maintained too. Even the WiFi works well, which is often claimed by many hosts but has rarely been accurate in my experience on the site.I would return to this location again. We were all very happy with the experience.If you have light sleepers in your group know that along with the prime location comes the associated sounds throughout the night of a busy area full of nightlife. There are automated shutters installed that do help mitigate this partially, and that too was an effort I appreciated. You can watch the sunrise from your balcony, join the morning cardio crew running or walking the boardwalk, then go get some calories back at the prosperity bakery, all in time to walk to brunch and then hit the Beach for the day. Makes for a perfect day.

Great setup in the condo ! Dolphins every morning. Perfect location in the middle of the boardwalk!

Condo is very nice. It was clean. Furniture is good. Patio next to the beach is great. The location in relation to the beach and the boardwalk is very good. However, the noise off of Atlantic Avenue late at night is very loud inside the condo. The noise makes it impossible to sleep if loud noise bothers you. It finally quiets down about 2:00 am. The noise is from cars & motorcycles on the street and mostly from very loud music from nearby clubs. The owner's recommendations for restaurants is very good.

Host met us upon arrival. Explained all technical stuff. Stocked with essentials and market right across the street. Great stay, lots to do.
