Enjoy Corner Office Beach Views In This Top Floor Condominium

Absolutely beautiful views. Amazing property. Our host was fantastic. Great price!!

We chose the best location for our family vacation! Being able to view the coast from the “corner” was awesome. The condo is huge with fully stocked kitchen, and even privacy having a full bathroom with each bedroom. Not to mention the open living areas without missing a beat! Get a morning tan on the sunny outside deck while listening to the waves. The owner was quick with responses from the time of booking til we left and beyond. It was a very comfortable condo all around. The beds were a hit for comfort and all was beautifully decorated. Easy access to the beach and pool, tennis courts, downtown, waterfront, and locally. Harris Teeter within 5 minutes. This condo will be our “go to” place!

It's a beautiful location with easy access to the beach. It's great that every bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living room and everything we needed in the kitchen.

Rob, our host was amazing! Very responsive. Condo was very comfortable, location and view were exceptional, beach was very clean and a great place to stretch our legs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very clean condo. Had plenty of places to sit in living room. Kitchen was nice but a little small for 6 adults. Bathrooms very nice. The only thing we didnt like was the mattresss. To hard for us and two beds are very high and hard to get into. Over all nice place. The view is great.

The condo, the host, the views, the beach, the town, the live oaks, everything was top-notch. Part of me hates recommending this as highly as it deserves because it might not be available next time!

Truly enjoyed the condo. A little trouble with the cleaning crew but it all worked out well.

We have stayed here many times and have always been very happy.

Great views of the ocean

This was our second year staying in the condo and we booked for next year! It's conveniently located with beautiful views of the ocean. Access and checkin is easy and it has everything we need.

This was our family's second stay in Rob's condo. It is simply perfect in every way. Cleanliness, amenities, comfort, and that amazing view are all top-notch.

We unfortunately had an air conditioner issue while we were in the condo but Rob was very responsive to get the issue resolved. Great condo!

Host is easy to work with. Place was clean, exactly as described. Great views, great location. Saw a pool company servicing and checking pool 3 times in the week. Would recommend.

Condo was as advertised and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting at the large windows and overlooking the ocean. Robert was great to deal.

This was our third sister trip to this beautiful condo. As always, everything was wonderful, as described. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well equipped, unit is very clean, and the view is incredible. There was one minor minor issue with one of the toilets and Rob was quick to respond and took care of the issue very quickly. Pool area is always immaculate and never crowded. The short walk to the beach made for beautiful sunrises. Communication is excellent. We can’t wait to return.

This was our 3rd week at Amelia Surf and Racket Club- but the first time in this unit. My 2 girlfriends and myself really liked this unit. The view from the 7th floor was great- the unit was very spacious and nicely done. Our hosts left good intructions and we did not have any problems. We would like to return next year

We loved the condo and would definitely rent again. The location (both on site and on the island) was great. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including comfortable furniture and beach items. Check in and check out process was a breeze, and the owner was very responsive. .

This is a beautiful place to stay. Very nice and updated. Host was great - stay and communication was smooth. Incredible view of sunrise over the ocean. Nice quieter section of beach. Enjoyed and will definitely stay again as soon as we can.

The view from the property is amazing. Very quiet being on the corner and top floor. Plenty of space for our family. Great access to the beach. Condo is well stocked with beach toys, chairs, and umbrella. Kitchen had what we needed to cook meals. Would stay here again!

Nice and quiet wintertime stay. The view from the swivel chairs is unmatched!

The view was amazing but the furniture was stained and dirty in the living area. The chairs on the balcony were old and ripped. Concrete was dirty. Bathroom with the twin beds shower was water stained and peeling paint on the trim .used the squeegee but did not help. There were small sugar ants crawling up the wall in the kitchen. We did not cook. Very hard to use the TV. The beds were ok. Bedding and sheets were old and extra set for the couch had a stain on it. We had a good time but did not spend much time in the condo. Love the Amelia Island Area. Would stay again if condo was updated.

Views were great. We enjoyed our weekend and look forward to returning.
