This three bedroom-three bath condominium sleeps 8 comfortably. Located on the top floor, two properties south of the Ritz Carlton (10 minute walk), this end unit provides spectacular views of the beach, as well as west facing windows to see the sunsets over the live oak forests. There is a television in each bedroom as well as the living room.... but you'll probably rather watch the sun rises, sunsets, surf, gopher tortoises and sea birds, as the views are fantastic. High speed internet is included in all rentals. There are two swimming pools and four tennis courts. It is close to shopping and many of the wonderful Amelia Island restaurants. And this lovely condo is right on the beach.

The condo is located in building A of the Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. The property is gated, providing an extra level of security. The unit is bright and cheery to remind you: If you're lucky enough to be at the beach, you're lucky enough!

We welcome anyone and everyone to enjoy this beautiful beachfront resort, but the Amelia Surf and Racquet Club has a strict no pet policy. So those members of your family will have to take a vacation of their own with either a house sitter or at a good boarding facility. The building is also a no smoking building.
