Enjoy coastal living charm and amazing views!

Wonderful location for a girls weekend. The condo is spacious, very clean, had nice views of the beach/ocean and is a short drive to downtown Amelia Island which is filled with good restaurants and fun shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, well-stocked kitchen and ready for the beach with chairs, towels, and wagon! Beds were comfortable, plenty of space. We love the summer beach area - and this place was in a perfect spot.

Perfect location and unit for a multigenerational holiday celebration! Views are amazing and it’s right next to the Ritz-Carlton for easy access. The kitchen had all the supplies needed for large meals. We will definitely be back, thanks for an amazing stay!

We enjoyed our trip. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The view of the beach was great. The walking paths were great. The harbor shopping area was one of the best we have seen. The clothes washer needed to be repaired. I contacted the host and they hired a contractor to do the repair. It was a difficult repair but they stuck with it and got the job done. We will be back.

The condo was beautiful! Second time there. Will book again for sure. The light in the hall closet needs replacing. And the blinds in the master do not work. Other than that very wonderful trip.

Condo is a wonderful vacation rental. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We were in town for a family event and enjoyed staying nearby and amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean. Condo had everything we needed for our stay and I would consider renting this unit again. A few suggestions:Please note in check-in info that carts are available in stairwells on first floor. (We weren't aware of this and had to make a couple of trips bringing our luggage and supplies upstairs. During our stay we asked another renter where he got the cart he was using to load-in and he told us where the carts are stored so we used them to load-out.)The washing machine smelled musty and we noticed mildew on gasket of the door. We wiped it as best we could, but it needs a good disinfectant cleaning. Front-load washing machine doors & detergent cups should be left open to air dry to prevent mold/mildew in machine. This should be mentioned to cleaning staff. We did have good response when the battery died in remote control for blinds and we couldn't open them and enjoy the gorgeous view. Someone came to replace battery that afternoon. Thank you for that.The detailed check-in info stated that a starter supply of shampoo & conditioner would be supplied and it was not. Maybe this info should be removed from from check-in info.The master bed was was extremely comfortable as well as the king bed in the second bedroom. The mattress near window on full size bed in third bedroom was not.

Beautiful property. Views were amazing and everything we needed was provided. Any issues were remedied quickly by management. Only steps away from the beach.

Perfect rental for a week away as a family. Enjoyed the views, pool, and easy walk to the beach. The unit is beautiful and very accurate to listing photos.

Daughter got married at the Amelia golf course at the Ritz. Perfect location not far down the road. Very clean kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking utensils. ocean view was perfect. Good communication and no issues at all.

We loved our stay at the penthouse oceanfront condo. The pictures were as advertised. We traveled with our children and the grandparents. Everyone was able to have their own room and bathroom. It was really quiet and clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Highly recommend! Super close access to the beach and in a great location overall.

Lovely property!

Great condo and location. Weather wasn’t great while we were there, but we enjoyed our stay. Condo is well appointed. The elevator broke twice while we were there, but not the fault of the owners. I’d be careful about swimming in the pool, since we saw ducks swimming in it too.

Lovely unit- updated , clean, beautiful, fantastic location. Woke sun to beautiful sunrise each morning. Definitely will come back!

The location was great. Easy to find. The views were beautiful. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Extremely clean. Lots of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Nice appliances A great place to spend time with family or friends. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Our group of 4 friends loved this property so much, we plan to return next year for our annual gathering. It was beautifully decorated with quality, comfy furnishings and was on a semi remote part of the beach. Communication with the host couldn’t have been better. They were in contact with us about hurricane helene and were accommodating about postponing our arrival if need be. We have stayed in many properties over the years, but this one is our absolute favorite.

I met 2 friends at the condo for a girls weekend. We loved that we each had our own private bedroom and bath. Plenty of towels, beach chairs etc. Ee enjoyed gorgeous views from the condo's large picture window. It was a short drive to area restaurants and the grocery store. The property was clean and looked just like the photos. Everything was in good working order. I would definitely return.

Our family of 8 had a very comfortable and relaxing vacation. The communication was excellent and all expectations were clear and reasonable. Very walkable to the pool and beach with an easy drive to restaurants/activities. Our kids are already asking when we can go back!
