Within walking and a short drive to many restaurants and shops. Staff friendly and welcoming. Beach is great. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets and beautiful white sands. Just a great experience!

We will be back but would be interested in a different unit.

Reviewer Comments: There were positives and negatives about this unit, but paying over $400 a night.... It’s not worth the negatives in my opinion.PROS: plenty of room, cold A/C, very comfortable beds (going to actually order this mattress for home), fully stocked kitchen, quiet gated place, felt very secure, very manicured grounds & clean pool, & great staff and entertainment crew :)NEUTRAL: complex is located on the beach however our room was at the opposite end of the massive grassy courtyard so it was quite a walk to the actual beach. Condo was 1/2 updated and 1/2 1975... if you’re going to update... update.CONS: the lighting and electrical were terrible. It was very dim even with all the lights on. These need upgraded if anything for safety reasons. Light switches were covered and extension cords were ran everywhere and stapled along the trim. It was dangerous and tacky. Main lighting fixtures were old dusty sconces with candelabra bulbs. Half the sockets didn’t work. No ceiling fans. Light bulbs were burned out in several places. The whole place was very dusty and the toilets were dirty. We had to clean them before we used them. Counter had crusted food on it when we arrived and we cleaned that as well. There was a dust ruffle put on the guest bed as the top sheet instead of an actual sheet. The cleaning crew did not do their job before we got there.Equipment in ‘fitness center’ desperately needs updated. Trees outside this balcony need cut down so you can see the courtyard and get a view of the beach. I have several photos but unable to attach them to this review.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I scheduled this vacation a year in advance to the day. I was very disappointed a month before check-in to be notified that the room I reserved had been sold and this room was assigned to me. This room only slept four and the one I had reserved a year in advance slept eight. We did not have enough sleeping space for our family so I had to send one of my sons to go stay with his grandparents every night. This room was not in a good location and had no view of the beach. I’m suffering some mobility issues and this room was not convenient to the beach or elevator. This room was cluttered with items like a toaster oven and huge can opener. The kitchen cabinets had no room for any of our food so we had to declutter the cabinets. counter l, and every table before we could begin to unpack our things. The smoke detector constantly chirped. I notified maintenance and they never came. I called them late at night since it was still chirping and was told to just take the batteries out. This seemed pretty unprofessional since I’m pretty sure these are required to be intact and working under state law? Pretty unprofessional to instruct someone to remove battery!! They never came to replace battery for the entire stay. This is probably the fifth time we’ve stayed at this resort and it will definitely be the last. I found the employees to be unprofessional and not courteous whatsoever. They seem to have a chip on their shoulder and acted like we were the ones that there to serve them. Whatever you do don’t request to check in early. There is no such thing as early check in at this resort. It’s 4 PM automatically. Even if the room is clean and ready for five hours you cannot check in until four. There is no such thing as southern hospitality this resort! Don’t stay in this room or this resort unless you want to be frustrated by a cluttered not updated room and staff that is not courteous and unfriendly.
