Great location, super clean and cute! Had everything we needed including a nice view. It was less than a mile to Broadway- was a super easy walk. Also had a bar /restaurant a few blocks away. Would stay again!

Rooms were great suggestion a portable fan upstairs and luggage racks close to everything walking place was clean exactly like pictures. On the river nice balconies

Right next to the train tracks which doesn't bother me, but keep that in mind. Very nice and much bigger than I imagined from the pictures online. About a 15 minute walk to/from Broadway. A bunch of homeless people in the parks on the way so don't walk alone or take an Uber.I would definitely stay again.

Everything about the house was perfect. The only problem was when your trying to sleep off a long night, that train would come by good and early

The condo is as beautiful as pics show; Updated, very clean, lots of nice touches. Train is VERY loud making it difficult to enjoy the balcony. Downtown is a very long walk and our uber driver advised us not to do so at night.

Had a nice stay. Had a nice view from the balcony. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Shortish walk to down town too.

Loved this condo. If you forgot anything it had it!! Great location. View of the river from both decks were great!! Felt very safe with the way you had to get in from the parking garage to the elevator and into the condo. Would stay here again.

This was a nice property that is easily walking distance (about 3/4 mile) to the music row on Broadway Street, but far enough away that you can't hear the crowds. That said, there is a train track right over the bridge next to the apartment and trains seem to be running through most of the day and night.

We loved the vibe of the place. The beds were comfy and decor well done. The bookers were very nice to work with. Celebrated my 25th birthday in style with my best friends! Nice walk to Broadway. Very convenient location and felt safe. Wish we could have stayed longer! Really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony listening to the river. Thank you!

We were there for a work event but will definitely be back for fun and this will be the place we book. Every detail was covered and the owner was the best at communication.

1 mile to Broadway on River walk. ?

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. The property manager was responsive, made sure we understood the check in process. It was walkable to restaurants closer to the condo. Broadway was within walking distance, but ubers were available quickly with a short ride. We had one request which was addressed promptly. The area is more industrial, but up and coming. right on the river. There was a train nearby, but didn't bother us. Would definitely stay again.

Great place perfect and clean. Easy access to football game. Need to use Uber at night otherwise easy walk to all of the downtown fun during the day. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We couldn't have asked for a better location. So close to Broadway and all the action! Modern & super-clean condo. We loved our stay here! Communication was exceellent! Highly recommend!

The condo had a great vibe and the furniture was super comfortable. Two balconies was great.

Such a cute little place right on the river. Perfect location for being able to walk to all the things for CMA Fest! Loved the Latch system for accessing everything! We felt safe and secure the whole time. Can’t say enough good about this place!
