Stayed Jul 24, 2025Absolutely the best! Endless condo has everything you need to relax and enjoy a beach vacation in Costa Rica! The inside is clean and stocked with all the necessaries and the outside is steps to a quiet, gorgeous bay in Playa Potrero. The view is remarkable all day long and the sunsets will take your breath away! Mark was a fantastic host! He was very communicative and replied to questions and requests immediately. 10/10 recommend

Stayed Jul 13, 2025We absolutely enjoyed our five-day stay at Endless Beach 2-1. The condo is lovely and furnished well if you want to cook inside or grill outside, relax on the patio or by the pool. The air conditioning works really well, I was even cold a couple of times! The location is perfect for enjoying the spectacular sunsets at Potrero, shopping in the couple of markets that are close by and many fine restaurants. The restaurants often look like shacks and are mostly open air, but don’t let that fool you—the food is delicious and the service was excellent at all the restaurants we visited. The pictures in the listed are outdated--there are different cushions in the living room and the toiletries shown in the video are different. I think the video is several years old. The pictures do show an accurate portrait of the condo and its layout. The pool is right outside the door, along with a hot tub. The pool seemed a little dirty most of the time—one of the residents said that it was cleaned twice a week but we did not see anyone do that. We still enjoyed the pool most of the days we were there. There is no signage that the property is private so you are joined at sunset by others in the area to watch the sunset while their children are in the pool.Just past the pool is the beach and the water is beautiful. The grounds and the beach are well maintained.Communication with Mark, the host, was excellent. He was always available to answer a question.

Stayed Apr 13, 2025Very nice place and location for us. We had a car and getting around was no issue. Shops close by if walking. Parking was right behind condo. Pool was good and ocean right out front was great. Owner was great to answer questions and offer suggestions. We would stay again.

Stayed Sep 14, 2024Our 5th time at this jewel of a property! Couldn't ask for a better location or host. Although it was quite rainy during our stay, it was still very relaxing watching the rainfall from inside of the comfortable and cool condo. Mark knew that the rainfall would be higher than normal due to La Nina weather pattern and offered to move my reservations because of this. Unfortunately, I couldn't move move them because of work obligations but it was extremely considerate of him to offer.La Nina

Stayed Aug 4, 2024Mark was very responsive to any questions I had before and during our stay. The condo is in an amazing location and was just as described. So many excursion opportunities or just lazying around the property. Beaches! Small town! Awesome coffee shop/cafe steps away. Restaurants and grocery store. Transportation with Javier and through Uber make getting around really easy. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 20, 2024We have stayed at multiple properties in the region and this property tops the list. Mark’s place is meticulously clean, very well furnished, and the property/grounds are spotless. The view is remarkable and pool access right outside the patio was a huge plus. Great location for restaurants, groceries, etc., and never a concern about security. The check-in/out process was simple and exactly as Mark described. We will definitely book again. Thank you Mark for a great stay!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024We were only here Wed-Sun. Wish we had 2 more days! Idyllic setting right on the beach that could not be more perfect. About 2.5-3 miles of clean, flat sand for walking. Looks exactly like the pictures. Locally made teakwood cabinets and furniture as well as local artist’s works on the walls and in frames add to the experience of native culture. Walking distance to a nice grocery, a local brewery and quite a few restaurants including the coffee shop that is only a couple hundred yards, Nita Coffee. Completely refurbished pool with cabana and grill. Note: not all condos along the beach have pools. This was definitely the nicest we saw in Potrero. You can pay more in Las Catalinas for a lot smaller beach and more congestion. I would say this is the perfect spot!

Stayed Jun 14, 2024This was the second worse vacation rental of my life. The problems started with the check-in process (no welcome email, instead a phone call with instructions) and continued throughout the duration of our stay. A non-exhaustive list of problems: - not newly renovated, all upgrades maybe 10+ years old, very dated furniture and fixtures - incredibly dirty upon check-in, including food crusted on counter tops, dirty floors and linens - washing machine didn’t work - refrigerator didn’t work (host said it would be replaced during our stay but changed their mind) - 2/3 AC units not working at check-in due to lack of upkeep - host self-manages but isn’t fluent in Spanish; thankfully we have native level fluency and were able to interpret for workers - toilet seat dangerously broken, could have led to serious injury - little hot water since water heater is over 20 years old (look at serial number sticker to determine manufacture date) - poorly stocked kitchen without so much as a spatula, almost all dinnerware was cracked or chipped - leaky rear doors which allowed a swarm of crabs to enter the unit daily - no detailed check-out instructions
