Inside, you’ll find soaring ceilings, stylish island decor, and an open floor plan, ideal for gathering as a group. The chef will love the full, well-equipped kitchen, and everyone can eat together at the large dining table. When it’s time to hit the beach, grab the provided boogie board, two beach coolers, and beach chairs and make a day of it on the sand. When you return, relax in the central air-conditioning or open the windows to enjoy those trade winds. THINGS TO KNOW
Exterior Painting Project has started.
The exterior painting of all buildings at Waikoloa Colony Villas began, and will continue through approximately June 2027. Each building will take approximately two weeks to complete, and the entire property is expected to take about one year.
Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
