Enchanting condo w/ ocean-view, with balcony, pool, washer/dryer, & dog-friendly

Heating went out and owner had someone at the house within 15 minutes to fix it. Steps from the beach and central to everything in Dewey

We loved out stay. The condo had everything we needed. The location is perfect.

The location is great near the beach and restaurants. The size of the unit was good and it had multiple decks. The door lock did not work properly - couldn't get it to not lock every time you went in and out so you had to use the 10 digit code constantly. (carrying in luggage, food, etc.) I appreciated the new appliances in the kitchen. The cabinets were older and a disorganized mess with no clear cabinet where we could put our food. There were issues with shower doors, shower heads, loose broken floor tiles. Main bedroom has some weird vanity/sink set up with a stained white cushioned seat. . The place was clean but overall a bit tired.

The location was awesome but the house was in need of serious repairs and deep cleaning. It needs to be updated and gross carpet removed. The pool was nice but also in need of repairs. The three balconies were nice but needed better furniture to make useful. Overall it was great if location was your main goal and don’t care for a high end place to sleep. Bring your own linens Blankets and pillows.

Ease of access and allowing pets makes for an enjoyable stay. Clean and accommodating.. will stay here again. Thanks

Perfect location for Greyhounds Reach the Beach weekend. Dogs have to do stairs to access the condo

This condo is NOT as advertised. The pictures and descriptions are MISLEADING. We saw, we smelled, we left, and rented somewhere else instead of this condo! NO just NO!

Rental has a great location to the beach and is out of the loud, high traffic area of Dewey. It has a nice new dishwasher and fridge. Other than that the place needs a lot of TLC - the vent for the air conditioning return is filthy. The patio table was about to fall apart. When it was windy the gutter isn’t attached so it would bang in the wind. All the furniture is stained. We rain out of paper towels and there were no hot pads to take things out of the oven. They only gave you a tea goer and a wash rag for the kitchen. Also only two trash bags. No vaccum cleaner to clean up spills either.

The directions to the property were clear and the it was clean. Everything was as pictured. Perfect distance to the beach and beach chairs/boards/sand toys provided. :)

This location was ideal for beach access, restraints, shops- everything. My family and I enjoyed our visit. We would definitely book this location in the future!

Wonderful location and great layout of a townhouse. There is a rug in the kitchen and a rug in the living room; these rugs are so filthy I immediately rolled them up and put them on the outside balcony for the duration of our stay. The upholstery on the two couches and single chair is just as bad; I actually put the pillow covers through the washing machine just to feel a bit more clean. There is wall-to-wall carpeting throughout the staircase and bedrooms and it also looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The kitchen was well stocked of cooking utensils. The balconies were lovely to sit out on. We loved using the swimming pool. I would certainly stay here again if the carpeting + rugs were removed/cleaned. It would certainly help if the sofa upholstery was changed or at least, shampooed. It felt pretty icky looking and sitting on human sweat and other stains, etc. The townhouse could use a little lipstick and rouge as there are various nicks, scratches on wall, furniture, etc but the condo provided the basics where we enjoyed our stay with children and dogs.

The beach was steps away and all the restaurants and entertainment was within walking distance. The property was in n need of repairs, things that weren’t quick fixes. The cleaning crew didn’t do a proper job, we had to clean it ourselves, but we did get the cleaning fee back. The Vacasa Agent Jessica, was very quick to respond and had resolutions for our concerns.

Overall location was great and was walking distance to everything in Dewey, including the beach. Condo layout was ok, and appliances (sans coffee maker) were new. Wi-Fi was good. Has a new washer and dryer, but that's shared with condo 8A (this is condo 8B). Some updating would help: Furniture inside and outside could use some updating/replacement (worn). Area rugs, patio rugs stained. HVAC blower runs loud. Some doors were dodgy trying to close all the way. Seems like a condo that younger (20s?) folks would like for it's location and amenities (new appliances), ignoring an interior worn, but a family would notice and care more about the interior conditions. TL;DR If you want a great location for everything and don't mind some dingy imperfections with newer appliances this condo fits.

Just a minute walk to the beach. A short walk to your choice of excellent bars and restaurants. Also, a nice swimming pool if you need a break from the beach.

Average property at best. Cleanliness was average to below, fixtures were old and very wobbly/loose, tiles were cracked and broken, walls in disrepair, interior doors did not lock and some closet doors did not shut. Overall not the best place to stay.

We loved the location, the pool, parking and the unit were great. Vacasa provided exceptional service.

We loved this place so much! Absolutely perfect for our beach weekend. The location is unbeatable (3 min walk to beach and to restaurants/bars) and we also loved meeting our neighbors. The house itself met all our needs and we loved the balconies. Would definitely stay here again!
