the condo location was great. But the condition of the property was disappointing. The furniture was old and the decor in the unit was dated. This unit could use a complete update before it is rented again.

Perfect location for a couple’s beach getaway! Just a few steps to emerald paradise! Property manager was quick to respond to a need and provided a quick, timely solution!

The condo was perfect for our girls' trip. We didn't feel cramped and loved sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee and watching the waves. The beds were comfy and the kitchen is well-stocked. We would rent this unit again.

All was great. The property was clean and as described.

We came to Destin for a long golf weekend getaway with friends, and this property was perfect. It had everything we wanted—an unbeatable location close to everything, beachfront access with stunning views, and plenty of space for the four of us. The place was very comfortable and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had a great time but however, every single 120v receptacle needs to be replaced! They either don’t work or they are so worn that your plug-in devices won’t snuggly fit and fall out! Due to this, it makes your plug heat up which will eventually cause a bigger issue for the condo and visitors devices.

The condo was in great shape very clean. The property was well maintained and there was plenty of parking. However, one negative thing was that the beach services manager who was in charge of implementing and enforcing the rented beach chairs was not willing to correct a problem that we experienced. There is a rule that restricts people from using their personal beach chairs in front of the front row of rented beach chairs, presumably so that the front row of paying customers do not have an obstructed view of the ocean. We saw this being enforced a couple of days before we had our problem. There was one day where 5 women decided to sit in front of our beach chairs right at the water's edge and when it was reported, we were told that because the people right beside us in the front row of rented chairs said they didn't mind them being there, then they were allowed to stay...even though WE didn't want them there! So, essentially the beach services manager decided that someone else's rights were more important than ours. Very disappointing and made what would have otherwise been a flawless vacation into something that left us with a bad experience. They should have a system implemented that accounts for this type of occurrence and is fair to all.

Decor is very inviting. Slight musty smell but didn’t affect my stay. Beach views and access were just what I wanted. Bed in second bedroom could use some work. I think the 9 a:m checkout is ridiculous and would end my stay the day before.

Everything was as stated. The balcony view was amazing. We would sit out on it in the mornings and watch the dolphins. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were comfortable. If we ever go back to Destin we will check to see if this is available. Also, the management company responds immediately to any questions before and during the stay.
