Excellent in every respect! Immaculate, great views of the gulf, right on the beach, super comfortable bed and living room, great kitchen. North Redington Beach is both quiet and laid back but convenient to restaurants and stores. I would definitely book this property again.

When we first walked in, it smelled amazing, so fresh & clean! It had almost everything we needed for the week. The bathrooms were well-stocked with plenty of towels, hand soap, air fresheners, trash bags. The kitchen has just about everything you could possibly need for cooking & eating meals. The balcony has a gorgeous view, with some very comfy chairs to sit in while enjoying morning coffee, breakfast or just relaxing & watching the waves roll in. The building is smaller, so there aren't a ton of people coming & going. Didn't have to wait for the elevator for more than a minute. The beach isn't crowded in this area, so we really enjoyed that. There are 4 beach chairs, a pop up canopy & a smaller beach umbrella in the closet that were so nice to have to take down to the beach. We had to purchase a cooler for our drinks/snacks, but we left it behind for others to use, as I'm sure the other beach gear was as well. The ONLY two things that gave us a little bit of grief were the keys to the pool/beach gates. They didn't want to turn easily in the locks. And the bed in the master bedroom was a little awkward/uncomfortable because there is a hump down the middle of the mattress. But these were tiny gripes that definitely did not deter us from having a great vacation! We will definitely come back to 504 again next time!
