Stayed Sep 23, 2024Everything was great, from check in to check out. We really enjoyed the cozy and quiet room and the neighborhood. Pedro was very flexible with the check in time and we appreciated it a lot. The room was clean, as well as the toilet, and we were impressed by the coffee machine found in the room: a very nice touch that made us feel at home! Thank you for everything Pedro, if we'll ever come back to NY we'll definitely stay at your house.

Stayed Aug 14, 2024The owner rents out two rooms on the second floor. The rooms from each other across a 1 yard hall. There is a shared bathroom with a shower a few feet down the hall. My only problem is sound travels very easily between the rooms. Two days in a row I woke up a 5:20 am when the other renter got up to start their day. The first day I heard them using scotch tape to tape up something, the second day I heard the fumble the keys in the door lock.
