Stayed Dec 26, 2025It was the worst. They wouldn't give me a key until EXACTLY 4 pm. At 3:56 told me I could have a seat for 4 minutes. When I got in the room, the tables were sticky and there were potato chip bags on the floor. The only TV that worked was in the living room. The TV in the bunk bed room wasn't even plugged in. The TV in the master bedroom was stuck on one channel and no batteries in the remote. Texted Vacasa and was told to check the drawers, no batteries. Lamp in the Master bedroom wouldn't turn on. Thought it was a bulb. When we checked the bulb was broken and just sitting in the lamp, the bottom part of the bulb still screwed in. This is a fire hazard. I complained and asked for a partial refund of only 500.00. Vacasa keeps telling me they are investigating and I need to be patient. I have stayed in condos and hotels all over the world and this was by far the worst experience in a luxury condo I have ever had. We did have a nice view.
