This contemporary, spacious unit boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a den with a twin over full (futon) bunk bed—ideal for a family or a small group of friends seeking a rejuvenating retreat.  Unit D102 at Elk Creek Condos showcases a chic mountain design with smart technology, including Smart TVs in the living room, den and bedrooms, high-speed WIFI, a keyless entry smart lock, and tastefully comfortable furniture in which to unwind.

Situated on the first floor of building D, step into a welcoming entrance with a coat area and a bench to take your boots or hiking shoes off. Just beyond the coat area, to the right, find a complete bathroom and on your left, you'll find a utility room with a washer and dryer and a bedroom with king bed, spacious closet and 55” smart TV.  Further down the hall, the open kitchen awaits, featuring stainless steel appliances, expansive granite countertops, a deep sink with a nearby dishwasher, and all the essentials for crafting delightful meals. Kickstart your day with the provided drip coffee maker and starter pack of coffee and teas!


Opposite from the dining table is a den with a twin over full (futon) bunk bed, 43” smart TV and a game cabinet.  Continuing down the hall, find the secluded main bedroom with a king-size bed, plush pillows, a 55” smart TV, a spacious closet, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Draw the shades for uninterrupted rest.  Connected to the kitchen and dining area, the main living space offers a leather recliner couch, 2 side chairs, separate recliner and a large 65” smart TV above a gas fireplace for year-round comfort.
Off the living area, step onto the expansive patio with a gas grill and a well-maintained hot tub for year-round use.  Access to a one-car garage keeps your vehicle snow-free during winter. Plus you have one unassigned exterior parking space close to the unit with easy access and no stairs to climb.

The town of Fraser is situated slightly more than a mile to the west, boasting a few eateries, shops, and a winery. If you head six miles to the south, you'll find Winter Park Resort, placing you just minutes away from an exhilarating day of skiing, snowboarding, and perusing the village's offerings. In the warmer months, take advantage of the numerous hiking and mountain biking trails in the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests located just beyond the town limits.

    Place was great. All new appliances. New area. Downside was during our visit there was construction behind us, so when sitting the hot tub you looked at the heavy equipment. Would have been nice to know prior to booking. Would book again if no construction was taking place. Location is about a 5 minute drive & the Lift bus does come out that way. Close to the Safeway

    Loved the entryway with plenty of room for snow clothes & ski boots. The TV's worked well when hooked up to our laptop. The kitchen was beautifully and amply supplied. Everything was nicely decorated without being over-the-top. The garage was a real treat - no shoveling off the car each morning. And having ski rental, grocery, massage (The Yellow House is amazing!) and coffee cafe within walking distance makes this rental truly spectacular.Our only recommendation would be lighter weight blankets instead of or in addition to the hefty duvets (we ended up just using the duvet covers!) and pillows that had some give to them. Or simply bring your own. We all really struggled to get a good night's sleep on the air mattress-y pillows provided.

    The condo was immaculately clean and comfortable. We were very impressed with how well stocked the unit was and we appreciated having extra t.p. and paper towels, which isn't often the case. The owner texted us to see if we had everything we needed. Very nice! Highly recommend this condo! 5 Stars!!
