Elegantly-appointed condo at the beach with Gulf views & pool

Place was clean, Cheap Dollar General Grade cooking utinsils.Great view! Biggest and most pertinent problem is the complete lack of safety handles and slip resistant protection in the shower. OSHA would not pass this condo for safety.... ZERO protection from falls in and around the shower/bath area VERY DANGEROUS!

Pros- communication was absolutely wonderful before, during and after the vacation. They offered to fix the issues, but i didn't want to have to deal with it on vacation or have strangers in our condo, so I declined. Property is beautiful and overall, well maintained. The pools and common areas are nice and spacious. Cons- no food available on the property. Mold in the shower, a water damaged patch of drywall by the shower. The dishwasher wasn't bolted down bc you literally have to be able to move it to the side in order to open the cabinet beside it. The stairwell smelled like hot mold. One of the sliding glass doors didnt lock. The dishwasher doesn't work well at all, so about 80% of the silverware I pulled out the first time was very dirty. If you would just provide a scrubbing sponge, it would pretty much take care of that issue. I went and bought one as to not leave dirty flatware for the next guests. The master shower had absolutely nowhere to set anything, so everything just sat on the floor. A 10 shower caddy would solve that. It's a nice enough place, but it would be so easy and inexpensive to fix most of the issues and truly elevate the experience and make it seem worth the amount of money spent. We also booked partly bc of the gym and we had no access to it the entire week we were there bc we weren't given a code, so I called after the second day and asked for one nad was told that since it was a holiday weekend, there was no one in the office to give

Property great, Vrbo fees getting out. Going to use another agency with half the fees next time.

This property was amazing. we loved the location--close to family activities and feet away from the beach. it was super clean and looked exactly like the online pictures. only complaint is the checkin time and not being able to use your own beach umbrellas. It would be nice to include beach chairs/umbrellas with the stay. other than that it was a wonderful trip and we will definitely be back. Would even love to rent the same unit,

Love the cleanliness and close to everything

The location and pool were the best I can say. The condo itself is in need of many repairs and updates. The balcony overlooking the beach was nice but difficult to see through the glass railing.

The condo was good, had some wear to the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms.

We were only here for 1 night but it was nice. We couldn’t get the tv to work and 1 of the rocking chairs on balcony was broken.
