the good: very good location close to beach, AC worked great, grounds were nice, balcony had nice view of poolthe bad: master bed had box springs on platform so was way too high, had to climb up to bed nightly, secondary mattress was caving in, none of the 2 pools were heated, but, we made it work, there was a coffee maker, but, no filters or coffee, so, that was a bust. no outdoor patio furniture, there is a wonderful view out there, such a shame, ceiling fan in master couldn't adjust because was missing cordsummary, property can be a really great spot, but, needs to make some upgrades starting with bedding, TVs, furniture, basic coffee setup like filters, I would not stay here again as there are too many better options

This was very close to the beach and within walking distance of a ton of places including Walmart if you needed anything. The condo was super clean and we had one problem with the smoke detector batteries being low so it was beeping but the maintenance team came right out and fixed it quick. Super convenient and very clean place to stay at. No problems!

From the day we moved in with a broken lock that they didn’t fix when they said they were going to fix it so our things were in our room unlocked from about 4 o’clock in the afternoon until 8 o’clock at night when we returned and called to complain that it hadn’t been fixed yet. It had been broken by Sterling Shores Maintenance man. The day and a half later the kitchen sink fell out and down breaking pipes. We couldn’t use the sink or the dishwasher for 2 1/2 days until they got it fixed. They only refunded us for two days not 2 1/2.

I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful condo. The rental agency handled everything with professionalism. The exterior and interior specs were kept very nicely.

Dirty, tv was broken, and private beach was a joke. So not recommend staying there and we won't again.

The unit was clean and stocked ok. The bedrooms are alittle small. No where to put your luggage and get to it easily. The complex is nice and pools where good size. Beach access is ok. Will stay at complex again but in a bigger unit next time.

It was relaxed, not terribly crowded. A wonderful trip all around. The staff was super friendly, although I didn’t need to contact them for anything. I’d definitely go back!

Wonderful location, great view, clean, nice pool, and good parking. Bed mattresses are awful! Broken down and caved in!

The condo was very clean and love the beach theme! Definitely recommend and the Back porch restaurant is walking distance literally in the back on the beach! Love it will come back!
