Elegant Condo in The Heart of Historic Downtown Charleston

Loved the location and property! Within walking distance to several coffee shops, small grocer and restaurants. We stayed in the jasmine suite which was very clean, homey, and perfect for us (2 adults and a teen) We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to coming back soon!

Apartment was extremely close to restaurant and shopping. If you are looking for a place downtown to experience the city, this is the spot...

Location was very good. So many options close to the property and walkable to downtown (although we did use uber as well) parking spot cost a little extra but was super convenient.

Nicely appointed, clean, recently updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Charleston. Hosts were highly communicative and helpful/friendly.Excellent value for the property.

Parking was good, location was good, very clean and as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay, although it was short.

This is a very nice apartment that is walking distance from your main roads like King St and the downtown area. We did have a young child, so we probably spent more time in the apartment than most and wished for a little more lounge/comfortable furniture. You can hear everything between the walls, upstairs, and outside. So again with young children and value of sleep is something to consider. Apartment was clean, the staff was helpful when needed, and overall experience was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The property is beautiful! Great Italian restaurant just doors away. Convenient small grocery across the street. Walking distance to other eateries and so close to the hub of historic venues.

Check in and check out instructions were clear. Location of condo was great. Parking was convenient. Unit was clean and updated. TV instructions need updating but that is very minor. Overall I would highly recommend this condo and host!

Beautiful, clean, exactly like photos. Get the parking pass as street parking difficult. Rental company is outstanding with communication, response times are quick. We were able to walk to nearby shopping and dining but too far to walk to the city market.

Great central location in Charleston. We had a pre taste of the Italian restaurant on the corner - Alora which will open on 1st October, definitely worth a visit

Overall, we had a great experience! The parking spot was tight but worth the extra expense as street parking wasn’t always available. Minor issues, such as flies and the sink drains being clogged, but the property responded promptly and were accommodating.

Easy to Uber to different attractions, restaurants Regarding our unit, smaller bathroom sink doesn’t drain well, toilet makes a lot of noise-needs to be checked out also

The Sanctuary offered my family a comfortable place to gather between the beautiful tours and wonderful restaurants of Charleston. The neighborhood avoids the bustle of King Street but offers plenty of great restaurants (we liked Southbound, Fuel, and Estudio) within walking distance.

The place was modern, comfortable and overall wonderful. Parking was the nightmare. They only had one available space for the two bedroom and that was at an additional cost. Parking garages were not near the location and blocked by lots of construction. No street parking in area. We walked instead of driving places...Got in alot of steps during our stay.

We stayed here - a group of 5 girls and had a great time. It is updated and very nice. We loved the location. It felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again. Get the parking spot!

Very convenient to downtown Charleston, very comfortable bedding, brand new couch. My only suggestion is they get darker blinds for the living room. The lights from the street are very bright at night. So if anyone needs to sleep on the pull out the brightness almost prohibits that. But a wonderful place otherwise!

Beautiful condo close to King St and very walkable to all over downtown Charleston! Condo is equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway. Agency was communicative, access info was clear and check in was seamless. Would definitely stay again!

This was perfect for 4 girls exploring Charleston for the weekend. Lots of cute spots nearby - and a quick uber to everywhere else we wanted to explore. The house had everything we needed! We all said we’d come back either as a group of girls or with our families.

On the positive side, the condo was in a good location, the place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Basically everything you would need for a stay. It was nice to have so many little restaurants in walking distance.Areas of improvement: The other furniture was nice looking but not very comfortable and starting to show signs of age. Same with some of the bowls/cups. Could use a refresh of furniture, particularly the couch since it's the primary seating. Also, the internet was sometimes very slow.Overall, a good spot.

Great place and location!

Nice clean and spacious rental. Perfect location for walking to shops on King Street and local restaurants. Very good communication and details leading up to our stay and check-in. Get the parking spot/pass. Only downside was our unit was on the front of the building and the street noise and street light was a lot at night when trying to sleep.

Super clean and very well appointed. Beds are really comfortable. The location was convenient. We loved the little grocery store across the street. Walkable to many places but if you are not in the walking mood, a Lyft will get you there quickly and cheaply.

Very quiet neighborhood which was the perfect HQ to explore the many things to see, do and learn in an aesthetically pleasing setting for a couple in their mid-70s. Close by parking and an amazing number of terrific and diverse restaurants within walking distance made for a just about perfect five day stay.

A group of 5 ladies had a wonderful Charleston stay for a milestone birthday! This property was perfect for our needs and allowed us time to be together which we would not have had at a hotel. The apartment was beautiful and updated. It was a nice, safe location. Thank you for an amazing visit!
