The main entrance is step-free. This home has three floors — stairs are required to access most areas, including the main living spaces and upper bedrooms.



First Floor

This bedroom is fully detached from the main interior of the home and is located within the private courtyard. Access is exclusively through the outdoor courtyard area rather than from inside the house, creating a standalone suite experience. This setup offers enhanced privacy and separation from the main living areas, ideal for guests seeking a quieter or more independent space. Requires going up 1 step to enter.

This bedroom is not directly connected to the main interior hallway. Upon reaching the second-floor landing, access requires stepping out onto the balcony. This configuration creates a semi-private, exterior-access suite connected via the balcony, adding a unique spatial dynamic and separation from the primary indoor areas.

Kick off your stay with a ride on the famous Canal Street trolley, or take a stroll to Jackson Square, one of the city’s best-loved hotspots. Harrah's Casino is 2 blocks away.



Getting Around:

Walking around the Central Business District is easy and accessible! You will also be less than a 10-minute bike ride to the French Quarter. Biking is a fun and convenient transportation option, with scores of rental shops to choose from. Uber and Lyft services are easy and affordable in this compact city. Retail hub Magazine Street is just a short cab ride away, as are some of the city’s other hip neighborhoods, Bywater and the Marigny.
