Stayed May 16, 2026The location and proximity to the parks was great. Size of the home was great for our family. The actual resort area was really nice and we enjoyed the most of the common areas: pool, hot tub, bar, game room. Home was near a lot of local stores and eateries near by and was even in walking distance to the nearest supermarket. Was a great stay!

It was clean, accessible to many locations, and as described on the website. The initial text communication from the host was confusing however VRBO reached out to the host on my behalf. The issue was resolved.

Stayed Feb 28, 2026Location is great for conference center events. Unit was clean and as advertised. Never figured out the television cable box and the only supply in the place was salt! Something as simple as the appropriate coffee filter for your coffee maker would be nice.

Stayed Mar 12, 2026Two story townhome that lists an elevator, but has none. Lists a balcony that you cannot step out on. Several bulbs were out. Broken hair dryer. Furniture is in need of repair. Communication with the host is very bad.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse met most of our needs for our vacation in Orlando. The host is absolutely terrible. She never replied to any of my emails and never once answered the phone. She did not give us check in information which became very stressful and difficult upon arrival. The home is decent. The kitchen is stocked with only a few utensils which made cooking challenging. There are no dish cloths provided. The furniture is awkward and uncomfortable. There are not enough towels for the amount of people this space accommodates. Overall we had a decent experience. The pool area is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed our time there.

Stayed Feb 12, 2025I stayed at this condo for 5 nights with other friends while we attended a dance competition for our daughters. The location couldn't have been better! The competition was right across the street at the OCCC.While the unit was clean, it does have some areas that need attention. One of the kitchen drawer faces is falling off, the master bathroom cabinets are peeling and part of the wall needs to be patched up next to the shower/tub.Unfortunately the pool on our side of the complex was closed for renovations, but I did notice that there were pool towels in the unit. That will be nice for anyone staying after the pool is reopened. I would recommend this unit for anyone wanting to stay near the OCCC.
