Resort Policies:
The Sterling Sands Condo Association charges a $15 per person User Fee for each guest that is 5 years of age and older. Guests may pre-pay this fee. This fee covers a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and wristbands to access amenities. A link to pre-pay the User Fee will be included with your Welcome Letter which will be emailed to you approximately one week prior to your check-in date.

Maximum Occupancy: Please note that our unit's occupancy limit is 6, including children, adheres to regulations mandated by the State of Florida and its Fire Codes, based on square footage. Exceeding this limit may result in denial of check-in by the HOA, with no refund provided.

Floor Level: This rental is situated on the 8th floor for your convenience.

Guest Entry: Access to the rental is facilitated through an E-lock, requiring a unique code that is reset after each guest's stay.
Age Requirement: Renters must be 25 years or older to reserve this property.

Every guest, 5 and older, must pay the Amenity User Fee of $15.00 + tax

    The condo was wonderful along with the view. The check in process was not communicated well at all. We checked in on a Sunday when the office is closed. Was told to go to HOA office which was also closed. It was relayed from someone there that we needed to find the security guard and she would tell us what to do. Had tried several times to get in touch with host with no luck at all. No return emails from her or anyone when questions were asked. The condo was ready early which was great. We went immediately to the Hut to rent chairs and was told first row was already sold out and would have to get second row and would be moved up as people left (which never happened). Then told can’t take our small little chairs to sit near the water. The fact that we paid what we did and had NO opportunity to sit next to the water is ridiculous but were told we could go stand there. Also if there would have been a way to go online and purchase those chairs in advance that would have been nice. Overall the condo and view were perfect with the exception of the check in and chair problem.

    Loved this unit. No surprises looked just like the pictures. Was very clean. Balcony seating was terrific as well as dining seating. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Had one problem with the tv and office sent a person right away to fix. Grounds well kept . Would definitely stay here again.

    Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived the day of the hurricane landfall. It hit further down the coast. The room was ready and very nice. All in all a good stay with minor things wrong with the room. I did not appreciate being charged extra for wristbands and a parking space.Those things should come with the room.
