Elegant 2bd/2ba in Historic Downtown Wilmington w/Parking

The condo is beautiful and very comfortable.We had an additional car and parking was easier than we thought it would be. The hosts were so helpful and gave great advice and suggestions, they were very communicative. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location with a ton of places within walking distance! The unit had everything we needed, nothing lacking. Very clean and comfortable. The owners provided thorough information about the property and the nearby attractions. They were also quick to answer questions. Will definitely book again!

Spring break stay in downtown was perfect for visiting the river walk and downtown businesses.Great communication and simple check in and out. Property is as described. Parking instructions are clear and there was an additional lot available for the busy weekend nights. We enjoyed breakfast and a few lunches at the condo they provided plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware for our family of four. We had one very stormy day during our weeklong visit. We enjoyed that day in the condo and had plenty of room.A note about the laundry room, it is just a few steps outside the master bedroom (through the door leading to the common area). So it’s very easy to start laundry and hang out until it’s finished.For those who jog: husband and daughter enjoyed the river walk and surrounding area for jogging.

This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The entire condo was well stocked with anything you may need. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were very, very clean. Everything was a quick walk and car ride to what we wanted to do. Will definitely stay here again and the hosts were extremely accommodating and easy to reach. 10/10 for sure!

The condo was very well-equipped, very clean, beds were very comfortable, and location was very convenient. Tamara (the host) was extremely nice and very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our visit.

Very nice apartment with many thoughtful touches, like night lighting and a sound machine. I will note there is a nightclub nearby that is quite loud on weekend nights so the sound machine was a necessity for us. Clear communication and helpful information was provided by Tamara and Bobby and they were very accommodating in letting us have a later checkout due to our circumstances. The location is great, a short walk to anything in downtown Wilmington. Within a block we enjoyed Hidden Grounds Coffee and Oden Brewing. The convention center is a 10-15 minute walk.

We absolutely loved our weekend getaway at this property! Everything was immaculately clean and updated. We really enjoyed the comfortable beds, updated features, and cozy living room space. The best part is that you are in walking distance to everything downtown! Walking for meals, coffee, and the shops allowed us to really enjoy our stay. Overall a perfect rental experience!

Everything was wonderful. The host had all a traveler would need. Great location near the water and downtown. Numerous restaurants to choose from and lost count of the micro breweries in the vicinity.

It's a great location if you want to walk everywhere. Nice and quiet. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms.

The property was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. We appreciated the ample supply of coffee pods, the well designed bathrooms and the comfortable bed. The parking situation was somewhat confusing, as it is a public lot across from the rental. The owners have made every effort to clarify its location but we still needed their assistance via phone. Once resolved, we didn’t experience any issues with parking and enjoyed the proximity to excellent restaurants, etc. The porch is located above the HVAC system for the restaurant below so we didn’t utilize it…not a big deal since we didn’t spend much time at the rental. I would definitely stay in the property again!

Such a great location with the huge perk of parking! The place is quiet enough to stay in at night and not be bothered but close enough to walk to lively bars and restaurants. We hope to come back soon!

Best VRBO experience we have ever had. When our couple friends came out a day early Tamara and Bobby were able to accommodate them right next door in another unit. Both of there properties were spectacular, perfect location down town CLEAN and all around wonderful…already looking forward to next year!
