Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented unit 810 for six weeks this January through February. We were there during the weather shutdown! We never heard anything from your GM The place had no water heat or electricity for four days!! The staff were instructed to say nothing or get in trouble!! Supposed to have a generator but it wasn’t working! No security lights in the stairwell crazy!! Safety violations!!! We rented for a heated pool and it was NOT heated the entire time!!! The furniture in our condo was awful!! Worst we have ever had and we have been renting in Port A for 13 years!!! This was our first time renting at Aransas Princess and will probably be our last!!! Your maintenance man did everything he could n was very helpful!! The cleaning ladies were awesome!!! Your front desk help were nice!! Never once did our questions about anything get answered!!! Sad!!!!!

Stayed Jul 2, 2020Just got back from Port A and planning the next trip. This condo has perfect location, right on the beach and a short Golf cart ride to the center where all the restaurants are. Very comfortable, plenty of space, well equipped and nice management staff. The only issue we had was the AC on the upper level (master suite) wasn’t working and maintenance was not able to fix while we were there so still broken. You get enough air from downstairs unit so not terrible but not ideal. And tell your kids not to unplug that power brick on the downstairs bedroom, it cuts off your cable TV and internet service. There are plenty other places to charge your phone.
