Stayed Oct 3, 2025Great amount of space for our family, and our kids enjoyed running around out back. Clean property, and host was responsive when we had questions. We did have to request check-in instructions as they hadn't been sent yet by the day before. King bed on main floor is very, very firm and uncomfortable.

Stayed May 23, 2025The actual condo was fine (though the master bathroom sink didn’t flow). We brought our side by sides and needed parking for two trucks and trailers. There was a place on the street for our tow rigs but only because there were no other trucks & trailers. There was only parking for 2 rigs on the street

Stayed Mar 23, 2025Needed a place near another group that we meet up with annually. This condo was right across the parking lot from them. Quiet area. Not too far to town. Had a garage to put our tools and extra parts for security. Parking for the tow rigs out on the street. Great Spot

Stayed Oct 4, 2024This place was in a quiet neighborhood near the golf course. It had a very nice totally private backyard, with wild turkeys! A peaceful retreat in a natural setting away from the busyness of downtown. I’d definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 10, 2024Great location and cozy place to stay for a weekend. Very quiet neighborhood but will definitely need to drive to access any of Moab. Biggest complaint was the lack of communication and clarity with check-in. Was provided no info on how to access the unit and had to reach out to management.
