El Diria 302- 2 Bedroom Ocean View Condo

This was the perfect place for us! It is located in the center of town with easy access to everything. The condo is unique and extravagantly decorated. I don’t know how often this happens, but there was a family of monkeys that came to eat in the tree right off the balcony each morning. We love watching them. Also, there was a dazzling show of dragonflies in the morning and swallows in the evening. It had a magnificent view of Tamarindo Bay. We would definitely return.

Great place. We were pleasantly surprised. Great view. Close to everything but still quiet. We’d consider staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was stunning! The place was clean and check in was super easy. We never cooked so didn’t have a need for any kitchen utensils but it seemed it would have everything you need. It was nice being walking distance to everything in town. It was also a treat to have monkeys right outside the balcony! We would definitely stay here again!

Diria 302 was the perfect place to stay in Tamarindo. Gorgeous views of the pool, trees and ocean. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed and in great condition. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Blue zone has been great for us in the past, and like other times, the amount of info shared in advance was super impressive and timely. Due to an issue w/ the central air unit, they needed to swap us from our reserved, penthouse ocean view condo to another unit. All good, and understandable-stuff happens. However… They wanted us to pay the same amount for the new unit though it rented for as much as 80/90 less/night. they said we’d like it better bc this unit had an elevator and the penthouse didn’t. the new unit was on the ground floor and didn’t need one, and our new view featured a view of a parking lot. I barked about this disparity and they finally came w/ an offer of 10% off of the original price. They also offered early entry at noon. We showed up at 1230, only to find the workers still there, and in fact the maids needed to be there until 420p, nearly 1.5hrs passed when regular check in would have taken place. Then, we discovered one of the beds had a broken bed frame, and another had a comforter that was still wet. The maids finally left, but we found that they’d left a set of keys in a door. I appraised Blue Zone off these issues and they offered to bring something by to make things right, but never followed thru w/ that either. The condo itself is lovely, nicely decorated and the materials are not cheap. It’s nice that the pool is easily accessed, but it’s a bit bizarre that in order to lock the space, you can’t lock the condo from the sliding doors.

A very nice, relaxing Pleasant stay. Ground staff was very helpful. Getting to the property was a little task. All in all was well.

We picked this location since it's a great spot to access all things in Tamarindo. The space was great, with a lovely view and we had everything we needed. The listing did say that there was no elevator but failed to mention the additional stairs to climb from the pool. We counted a total of 91 stairs although we are fairly fit it was no issue and good exercise overall. I would recommend this space. On a side note, we really enjoyed the unique interior decor.

We knew there were stairs involved, but to get to the pool it was about 6 flights. Disappointed that we were not permitted to use the resorts other 2 pools. Had enough toilet paper for 3 days. Had to find a market to purchase. For the amount we paid, you would think toilet paper is included.
