Our cozy and convenient apartment in David is perfect for those traveling for business or tourism. It is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. It’s ideal for spending one or several nights.

> As you enter the apartment, you'll find an open space with the living room, dining area, and kitchen.

In the living room, you'll have a sofa where you can relax, read a book, or plan the activities for your trip.

The kitchen comes with basic cooking utensils such as dish sets, glasses, wine glasses, pots, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and more. Additionally, we include complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar to help you start your mornings in the best way. ☕️

The bedroom, equipped with air conditioning and a TV (Netflix and YouTube), is separate from the living room/kitchen. It features a full-size bed with a comfortable mattress, pillows, sheets, a quilt, and a blanket. You’ll have space to store your clothes and personal items.

The bathroom is inside the bedroom and includes hot water, personal hygiene products such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and sanitary towels. You'll have body towels, hand towels, and bath mats during your stay.

Parking is right in front of the apartment, allowing you to move your luggage quickly.

It has a private terrace for you where you can relax and have pleasant moments.

We want you to be well informed, so we warn you that access to our accommodation includes about 100 meters of stone road. It's easy to travel with any kind of vehicle, but we like to mention it to avoid surprises.

We offer a transportation service for an additional cost to make your stay more convenient. Let us know in advance where you’d like us to pick you up.

⏰️ Our check-in starts at 3 p.m., but if the apartment is available earlier, we’ll let you know so you can check in whenever you like. We offer late check-out for an additional $15, subject to availability.

1: Parties are prohibited. To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please be respectful during this time.
2: Smoking inside our accommodation is strictly prohibited.
3: No visitors are allowed without prior approval from the host. The penalty for incoming visitors is $20 per person.
4: It is forbidden to attempt to enter any of the neighboring apartments.
5: We kindly ask you to turn off electronic devices, including the air conditioning, if you are not using them.
6: Please treat the space and its furniture with care and respect.
7: In case of loss of keys, the guest will assume the replacement cost (labor and lock)
8: Any damage or excessive cleaning will be charged to the guest.
