Edgewater West 72: Beachfront haven for 8 guests!

Good location, clean, easy check-in / check out process, good communication

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in perfect walking distance from the beach. We had younger kids so the enclosed window area was perfect over an open balcony. You could watch and hear the waves with the windows open. The unit was outfitted cute looks like the pictures. The only cons were the guests prior had burned something in the microwave leaving a horrific smell and the furniture had been stained with food and hand prints. The vents need some attention as well as the big blankets in the Master. How they left the room caused us to check in later than we wanted. Overall in was a perfect place for us. I suggest leaving at least a day between guest so the cleaners are able to take their time. Lastly, if you are going to cook bring your own spices and oil there is absolutely nothing here beside cooking utensils.

The condo was nice and clean. Just deducting one star for parking because of construction. We were warned before hand but just inconvenient at times

This was my first time on this side of town. I particularly liked this condo because of the elevators. Unlike many other condos, the wait time for an elevator was not long because there are not many condos in this building. The other big surprise was that the walkway from the building to the beach was short. I loved the service, decor, and everything about it. It was also a short drive to the hangout and other shops.

The room was great everything you could possibly need provides except two neccesities. All pots all pans towels beach chairs etc. however, we had 8 people reserved for 6 days. Only provided 1 roll.of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Definitely not enough..when called they responded that's all they provided. Not directly on beach and small.pool. plus we were charged 30 to park and not enough spaces due to construction..their answer was to offer parking down the road and walk in sark to or room about 0.5 miles away. Probably will not return

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was so beautiful! Beds were incredible! Nicest place I’ve ever stayed by far. So many accommodations. Extra everything. Fans in the closet, blow dryer, puzzles/activities for my kids. Even Netflix was already streaming. Our room overlooked the beach so we had a magical morning view. Beach access was less than 20 feet from exit. Whole building smelled amazing. I really could go on and on.

The condo was newly updated, exceptionally clean, nicely decorated and the property was very well maintained. The associates at Bender Vacation Rentals were the best. Our condo was available earlier than expected and they messaged us to let us know. They were quick to answer any questions we had and made our experience the best it could be. We will definitely use Bender for any future vacation plans. Thank you all so much!!
