Edgewater West 23 | Gulf-Front + Outdoor Pool

this was a nice place, had only two issues. Toilet seat in the bathroom that was connected to the hallway and 2nd bedroom had only one bolt and shifted and rocked when using and the toilet paper holder in that same room was broken. Everything else was very good. Great view, easy access and clean.

Everything was great, loved the short walk to beach.

Me and my sisters really enjoyed staying there. Everything was very clean and the beds slept great!! I usually can’t sleep very well away from home but I slept wonderful. We will be back again!

The location was lovely but the cleanliness of the condo was not really up to par and the shower in the primary bath did not drain well. We had an issue with the parking passes not being left for us but the host had maintenance deliver them to us. We would stay again and recommend it.

VERY easy check in and everything you need in the kitchen. Just like being in your own kitchen but the view is much better

This was our first visit. We enjoyed our stay and when a maintenance issue arose it was quickly addressed and fixed. The pool was nice and well kept. Right on the beach. Great discounts for our dolphin cruise and zoo tickets and other activities. Beautiful view from our lovely glassed in balcony. It’s also nice that there is a sign on the beach side by the bridge showing the address and name. At night when we went crabbing on the beach we looked for the orange lights on the bottom and the sign to find our way back. Plenty of beds and space for a comfortable visit.

We enjoyed the layout of the condo especially with kids. We had problems with accessing the wifi. Loved the pool and great beach being so close.

I really really enjoyed the experience my kids and I enjoyed it all no regrets on choosing this nice room with nice tv sceneries, and the bed was amazing 10/10

Our stay was located on the beach. The room was clean and the staff kept the property clean. We LOVED our view and we were able to watch our grandsons swim. Perfect room and location.

We were very pleased with our stay! The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and close to all the Gulf Shores restaurants/activities. Condo was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Beds in small bedroom broken and very uncomfortable, remotes need to be replaced, tv in small bedroom didn't work unless you did it manually. Sofa comfortable but other furniture was not comfortable.

Nice location away from noise, but close enough to walk to shops and hangout! Well maintained condo and grounds. Only issue was elevator when we were leaving was malfunctioning because of kids playing with it the night before!

Unit was clean and spacious! Right on the beach with great views and easy access down to the beach! Pool was great and everything was so clean!

Surprised at how beautiful this place is! Love the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Having Sassy Bass next door is a bonus!

The condo was great, it fit our family of 4 perfectly. We all enjoyed the enclosed balcony and watching the dolphins from there. The communication was great and we had no probelms at all.

This was without a doubt the worst VRBO experience I’ve ever had. When we struggled gaining entry to property, I called the property manager, but no one answered. They text me the next day asking if I ever got in. We did, thankfully, but what if we hadn’t?! We spent the first night cleaning the condo. It was filthy. Floors and counters were covered in sand and sticky in places. The bathrooms were disgusting. Visible signs of mold and grime. Multiple electrical outlets do not work. The overhead lighting is terrible; they rely on lamps to light the condo, but some of the lamps didn’t work. The TV mounted to the living room wall is literally hanging at about a 30 degree angle. The patio furniture, which was very dusty, was covered by what appeared to be moving blankets. The dishes are kept in open cabinets, and they were put away wet. The ceiling fans were caked in dust, and it took me a while to figure out that you have to manually turn on the water heater in order to get hot water.

Nice clean place to stay. Loved the enclosed balcony, can sit in air conditioned area and still enjoy the beach without the hassle of getting sand everywhere. There was plenty of room for my husband, myself and my daughter.

Was a very lovely apt, owner was very friendly and answered asap and we were able to check in a bit early, was a bit confused by pictures seems it’s on bottom floor but there are elevators, and they were working fine! pool was clean. Beds aare uncomfortable in 2nd room but like sleeping on a wood plank I would advise bringing a foam cover. Wound up having to sleep on couch but other than that was a lovely stay

Condo was overall clean. Needs updating but the whole building needs that. Did not like not being able to get in before check-in when the condo was clearly ready! For the time we were there it was a good place to stay.
