Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am a single mom with 2 young boys (8 & 5) and this was the perfect location for us to stay for the weekend. We were able to walk to almost everywhere!

The mini blinds are missing quite a few blinds and the door to the patio door is very difficult to lock. The furniture could use some updating. Both couches had stains on them.

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in many of these units and this one was by far the worst. Missing blinds, wall paper coming off, cabinet doors that were stuck, and a toilet that is not stray to the floor properly. It's as if they have done nothing since 1989. However, the unit was very clean.
