Stayed Oct 12, 2022You really couldn't ask for a better place to stay for this size and price, in my opinion! There's a nice view from the deck on top of the roof, and the shower is surprisingly spacious. The walk from the rental to downtown is manageable, which is very important since driving through that are of Provincetown seems like it would be a nightmare.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022Cute place, decent location but very small. No sitting area, balcony is upper level, not comfortable chairs - old. No umbrella. Nice yard but you are on 2nd floor so not convenient. The bathroom has NO storage so we had to use the kitchen table. The bed is a full with older linens. We were given 2 towels for a weeks stay - no beach towels or chairs. There NO side tables to put phones or remotes. The smallest TV which is old - only can watch Netflix or Prime. Super basic cable with a couple of channels. Very basic amenities and for the 2600 we paid for the week I expected more.

Stayed Aug 2, 2020I rented the place for a week getaway from Boston . The place was immaculate, I felt safe ( Covid wise ) immediately. The checking was flawless . Everything was as described . Parking wasn’t an issue as there is always street parking close by even in front of the house. The neighbors were very nice and polite. There is a small terrace on top of this studio which can be a little noisy if people use it passed 11pm ( it happened only once during my stay ). Overall, very positive experience.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969From this 2nd floor studio, you can ride your bike anywhere you’d like in PTown. Close to the bayside beach, the other PTown hotspots are a short ride away. The kitchen area is pint-sized and bare-bones, however, so don’t plan on doing a lot of cooking! The property is nicely maintained and management is responsive.
