    OK but there was a alarm at mid night and no explanation or person in charge at reception to let us know what was going on. I would like to know and have an explanation

    Condo was very nice and close to the village. Would have been nice to have air conditioning throughout the condo as was only in the primary bedroom.

    Location was great. Beds were very old and uncomfortable. Fans were old and dirty and things were broken. Door knob fell off, A/C in the bedroom control was broken and no air circulation even with the two extremely old fans in the rooms.

    Overall great stay. Clean apartment, lots of space for us, and in a great central location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking felt secure. Would recommend to a friend.

    Fantastic location. Lack of apartment A/C would have been a problem if we’d gone when it was really hot. As it was, the residual heat of the previous week’s heatwave was locked inside the apartment and took a while to dissipate once we arrived (there are a lot of floor fans which was nice and a window A/C unit in the master bed). Beds were so so. These apartments are definitely showing their age, but I love being able to hang out on the balcony and watch the world go by in the plaza.

    We came to Whistler to attend a wedding. The location of the Eagle Lodge was ideal. We did have some difficulty in locating the lodge itself, as we were not aware it was inside the village as opposed to bordering the street. Also had some difficulty in locating the proper parking area and elevator from the parking area. Once we figured that out, things were fine. There were 4 of us and the accommodations suited us well. The unit has A/C in the master bedroom only. We did find that by turning on the A/C, the hot air from the unit would blow heat into the second bedroom. The unit faces the main walkway, which made it subject to all the noise from pedestrian traffic. This was fine during the day, however during our stay, there was a group of young men that would congregate around 2 am each morning, talking and screaming at the top of their lungs. Overall, we were satisfied with the location and unit, and would stay there again.

    We had four nights in this two bedroom condo. Had everything we needed. Was right in the heart of the village. Close to everything - walked everywhere.

    I had a wonderful first-time stay in Whistler Village. The host provided ample bathroom amenities, which helped reduce the amount of luggage I needed to bring. The location was excellent, making it convenient to explore the village. Overall, a great experience!

    The apartment was in a very convenient location within the village stroll, however very small for our group of 4. The apartment was a bit rundown but cozy. It has very basic kitchen equipment but no other supplies available such as salt, pepper, sugar, etc. The management and check in staff were really helpful and responsive. Cleanliness needs more attention.
