Stayed Apr 25, 2025Pictures in listing are accurate. Not in a super walkable area, but that wasn’t a big issue for us (nor is that advertised in the listing). The space definitely could’ve been a little cleaner (lots of dust in corners on the ground), but otherwise, no complaints!

Stayed Nov 14, 2024We were in Nashville for the Titans v Vikings game. We appreciated having a kitchen, and we had groceries delivered within 30 minutes of arrival. We ubered to Broadway for less than $10/trip. There was a flyer on the door from Express Pizza Gyro, and we enjoyed their meat lover pie and large garden salad before flying out. Great space for a couple spending time away!

Stayed Nov 7, 2024The unit was great to much light coming in through the side door at night though no curtain to cover it and could possibly add towel bars in the bathroom, but otherwise it was great a perfect location for what we were there for.

Stayed Sep 29, 2024The coffee pot was extremely dirty, the floor under bed hadn’t been swept. Dust everywhere. Found someone’s underwear under the bathroom sink in the cupboard. As they advertise definitely No Frills. When I repotted the coffee pot the first day, the response once “We should fire the cleaner”

Stayed Jul 18, 2024We felt safe in this location, and we had very good communication with the manager. There is a guaranteed parking spot not far from the condo, too. The appliances were shiny and new, and the condo was well-maintained.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Pictures looked nice but did not look that way in person. The room was only wiped down and not thoroughly cleaned. There was dust and dirt on the floors and sink. There were ants. Along with looked like stains on wall and were dirty. The refrigerator was not cleaned when I checked in although they did come back out to clean it. Contacted manager who tried to be accommodating in the beginning but that fell flat, not responsive after I voiced my displeasure. This was not in the nicest neighborhood. In the end only stayed two out of our four day vacation. Will not rent it. Beware.

Stayed May 31, 2024A friend and I enjoyed our stay. Wasn’t anything fancy, just exactly as advertised. Close to downtown(Lyfts were like $7 to the strip) and plenty of places within walking distance. I enjoyed it.
