Dwtn Condo 4 Blocks to The Wilmington Riverwalk!

A wonderful location to explore Wilmington downtown and the many fine restaurants and breweries. Jessica was a great hostess. There was one night of noise from an adjacent building, but it was the arts district, after all. We’d definitely go back. We loved Wilmington even more than Savannah and Charleston!

The pictures don’t do this property any justice! The condo is beautiful, clean, and the decor is perfect. They even included games and water toys which I thought was very thoughtful. The location is great! However, it’s not as close to the Riverwalk as I would have preferred to be. It’s a few blocks away so driving closer was a must for us. The only other shortfall for us was how much hot water was available for a family of four. Don’t be in a rush for everyone to bathe at the same time within an hour. The water gets cold and someone’s going to be forced to take a cold one. Overall, we loved this place and would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a nice getaway.

I booked my reservation based on the previous reviews as I always do when I travel to a new destination. I find they are not always an accurate representation. The location was perfect. I walked to the riverfront most days. There was a parking pass for the lot beside the building. The condo is well appointed and very clean.

Beautiful property, and well furnished with comfortable furniture. Location is perfect for all the downtown entertainment. You do get some city noise in the evenings (music from nearby restutants) but thats a matter of preference, and it does get quiet by the time you go off to bed.I'm removing 1 star only because the internet wasnt working our entire stay, and it affected all the smart tvs on the property. I also brought my work laptop with me, so that was a minor inconvenience. Property manager did their best to resolve, and I appreciate their efforts.

Loved our stay in this super cute, well equipped, uber clean, quiet apartment. Nestled within the Brooklyn Arts Social District, lots to eat and drink within steps of the unit. Downtown Wilmington and Riverwalk a few blocks over are easily walkable, too. Kitchen was very well equipped, games to play, and Roku TV for rainy day. The Wrightsville beach is a 20 minute drive, so easy to get to. Loved the area, loved the unit, property management very responsive! Highly recommend!

Our first visit to Wilmington was wonderful - lots of restaurants, shops, and activities! The Downtown Condo (4 Blocks to the Riverwalk) was an ideal choice for us as we were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to visit. The condo was lovely! Very clean, well appointed, and well laid out. We enjoyed all of the Wilmington artwork displayed throughout the condo - a nice touch! The sitting area had lots of windows and light - a perfect spot to start and end the day. We were especially pleased to find the coffee / tea supplies well stocked. Queen bed was very comfortable and both bedrooms were quiet. We would definitely return!!!

Place was fantastic. Super clean … I mean not even a speck of dust (really would love to hire whoever cleaned this place for my house.) Had everything we needed. Very comfortable… perfect location. Only a mile walk to the River Walk. Would stay again.

My family stayed here for three nights to enjoy the beach and downtown Wilmington and it was the perfect spot. Within walking distance to a ton of great restaurants and bars, but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The property itself was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and communication with the property owner was smooth. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful apartment and excellent location!

This property was nicely decorated and clean. A great location with a reasonable walk to downtown Wilmington and the waterfront. We were in for our daughter's UNCW college tour so it was a great place to call home base while in town. I would highly recommend this place to others!

Hi! We loved our stay here! The property was clean and it offered the perfect space for our family’s needs. It was close to many restaurants and the heart of Wilmington, the river walk. The property management company, Evolve, and owner were very responsive for check in details when we arrived a little early. It didn’t bother us, but the property is adjacent to a little restaurant/bar with a quaint outdoor venue with live music which was audible from the condo. They did shut down at a reasonable time in the evenings which was nice. I would highly recommend this place!
