The location is great and the view out of the balcony is outstanding. Unfortunately for our stay the city of Wilmington has major storm water replacement project going on in the street located directly below the room and they start working at 7AM M-F.

Host was very welcoming, directions were wonderful and condo was clean/spacious.

A wonderful place to stay based on location and for a one night stay. The neighbors were a little loud at night due to some sounds on the other side of the wall, but otherwise everything else was great.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable with many extra creature comforts and in a great location. The host was very responsive and checked on us to ensure had everything needed. Five stars all around!

Great location and biew

This was my first time in Wilmington NC and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The property was clean, the location was perfect. It was right at the river walk. The balcony allowed an amazing view. There are many shops and food options just a few steps away. So I definitely recommend this place.

If I had to use only three words to describe our stay, they would be CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. I have never stayed in a VRBO so clean. Check-in and out instructions were very straightforward and easy. And the view was beautiful! Perfect place to watch the sunset over the Battleship.

It’s exactly as pictured and no surprises. If you like a soft bed then you will love the mattress in the bedroom. If I was being picky the drains didn’t drain fast but that comes with an older building and the sheets were a bit rough and probably time to be replaced. However you couldn’t ask for a better location. So many cute shops, restaurants, and pubs/bars within walking distance. There is so much to do we didn’t even get to a lot of the activities on our list. Definitely will be coming back to vacation here again!

How does this condo get a 10? Folks rating these places must be compensated for overinflating. The only good qualities are on-site parking and the view of the battleship. There is no chest in the bedroom for clothes. The bed was agonizingly uncomfortable, and the linens are so rough they feel like burlap. The bedroom carpet is also filthy and buckled. The shower doesn’t drain well. When you finish-you are ankle deep in water. The host messaged on arrival to let her know if there was anything not a 5-star rating. Really? When I complained – all I got were platitudes about comfort being subjective. I would like for her to spend a night on that mattress and see how it works for her. Buy some nice furniture. Get a quality mattress. Replace the horrid bedroom carpet and the peeling laminate flooring. Invest in high thread count sheets. Fix the shower. The condo may then deserve a 10 rating or something close to 5 stars. We paid for 3 nights and left after one. I’ll never use VRBO again. Next time I’ll pick a nice hotel, at least complaints are addressed. VRBO opened an incident and I never heard from the host.

The apartment is beautiful and absolutely looks just like the picture!! very clean with beautiful view of the river! It’s very cozy and the security makes you feel safe and the location is so convenient for nighttime being downtown by the river walk was great! The host was very helpful and quick response every time I had a question which I loved!! I could go on and on it’ll be very long but my partner and I loved it and had a great time and would definitely book again!!??

My wife and I stayed at the host's place July the 3rd and the 4th of July. The views and the location were extraordinary. I almost hate to reveal this in case we decide to return next year, but the Wilmington fireworks display from the patio was one of the best, if not THE best vantage points for viewing! Had a wonderful time. A few concerns were addressed accordingly by the hosts, and they thanked us for our input.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It has tremendous views of the water and battle ship Carolina. Location to everything is perfect. We will definitely be back.
