Driftwood Villa 101: Seasonal Pool, Sleeps 4

My sister and I stayed for a girls weekend at the property. The condo was clean and was just how it was listed. The location was great as it was close to various restaurants and other activities. I will definitely stay again and would recommend for a couples weekend or small friend group! Took a minute to find the pool and the parking lot is on the smaller side but as long as you have a midsize vehicle or smaller you will not have any trouble.

The location was great. Had several issues. Bugs and roaches were there. The bathtub drain was slow so had to use liquid plumber. Not alot of storage in closet or kitchen cabinets because they were full when we checked in. Loved seeing the sunrise each morning and a short walk to the beach. Great restaurants, Fort Fisher and Aquarium close by. Bed was comfortable

Very small but works well for wife, son and my self. Where has stated at the Friday wood estates several times and there are very nice and in walking distance of everything!

The door code was not working when we arrived. We waited for almost 8-10 on hold standing in the heat before anyone in the office answered us to help. She was very nice and was able to get the door lock working after two tries or so. As soon as we got inside a maintenance man arrived to fix a light that he didn't even have a bulb to. he said he would be back, he never was. The condo was so dirty and there was a dead roach as well as other bugs on the floor. The amount of dust and dirt was just astonishing. We have stayed with you guys before, I was expecting better BUT I should have read the reviews better for this exact location as past guest were clear about these issues. My bad for thinking i didn't need to. The parking was tight - NO LIE - but the location was good. We received a nice little nasty note left on our vehicle because apparently the HOA lady couldn't see our parking pass even though it was clearly displayed. It was a rude and presumptuous. The bathroom was very dirty. None of us used the shower other than to quickly rinse off. I had to clean the toilet myself when we arrived. I would never stay here again and I would not recommend anyone else stay for that matter. Some serious clean up needs to take place. I will take better care before renting next time to read the reviews and ensure that I am not wasting my money on a less than even mediocre experience.

Convenient location, good parking. Unit was a bit dusty (ex: tops of ceiling fans).

Honestly would not recommend this place. The location was okay. Parking was a nightmare. The shower didn’t work. There were bugs in the villa on arrival. I’ve tried to contact the property management and no one will answer or return any calls. There’s definitely better places to stay! Save your money!

Place was ok besides the pull out couch was like sleeping on springs and the shower was a little messed up

The location was great! You could walk to so many restaurants and shops. The beach was only 1 block away easy walk. The only thing was the cleaning crew needed to clean the bathtub it was a jetted tub and you could tell it was not cleaned good and the bathroom floor was falling in so it needs to be repaired but other than that the property was great!

It was an OK place to stay

Enjoyed being close to Boardwalk and walking distance to great restaurants.
