Stayed Jan 10, 2025With just one elevator working with a sign that said “construction workers only, residents and guests may not use”, and 1/4 mile walk to the 8th floor condo we were immediately leary of staying there. The owner was only willing to refund one week when we complained. When after a few days the elevator broke, with me downstairs and my relative on the 8th floor, we knew we had to leave. The wife agreed to charge me for the nights we stayed and I was refunded by them their share minus all the fees, etc I had paid. Vrbo refunded part, but I felt ripped off. The condo never should have been rented because if we obeyed the sign, there was no elevator. I was able to visit the next condo I rented and could see no construction, two elevators inside the door and a few steps to the condo from the elevator. There was no construction and we didn’t have to think about being on the 8th floor with no occupancies on the first. As was the case in the first condo.

Stayed Jun 15, 2022It was a great stay as family and friends of the owner. Accessing and exchanging information on the property was not a problem. It was easy and well documented. John, thank you for your kind hospitality and help to make the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Once again, Continental club is well located and with good amenities surrounded by nice restaurants and shopping areas.

Stayed Apr 1, 2021We had a great stay here, clean condo! Beautiful pool and beach. Perfect location, only 15 minutes from Old Naples, lots of great Restaurants.
