• Parking: One garage space is included under the building. Additional parking may be available on the street on a first-come, first-served basis. No extra onsite parking beyond what’s described.

• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by building management and is typically available; any maintenance or outages are outside our control. Stairs are required if the elevator is unavailable.

• Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this home. If evidence of a pet is found, additional cleaning may be required.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided for guest use.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
