DR 2412-The ideal vacation spot to get away from the daily hustle and bustle

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The views couldn't be beat and the location is very nice. The unit is as advertised and will hold a lasting memory for all of us as we got to watch our son propose to his then girlfriend on the beach with us on the balcony!

It is a great location, perfect view, but each year I am more disappointed in the cleanliness. This year the comforters were stained, cobwebs, dirty screens, wasp nest outside patio...I was disappointed as Duneridge usually has higher standards. Made our 2 families discuss other options for next year

The property was clean and well-appointed.On arriving Saturday we noted two issues - the ice maker was not functional and the dishwasher was unanchored in its cabinet, so that when the lower dish rack was pulled forward, the unit would tilt forward, out from its cabinet, leading us to conclude that the plumbing connections might also be loose, rendering the unit unusable. I phoned these in to the office on Sunday, and received assurances that these would be addressed. I called again Monday and Tuesday, and received a call on Tuesday indicating that work orders had been let, but either issue was ever addressed.Washing dishes by hand and buying ice every day while on vacation was not fun.

Lots to do in the area and it's easy to get around to all the major attractions including downtown. Intracoastal Realty is a terrific organization to work with for vacation rentals with lots of properties to choose from and a very knowledgeable and hard working staff.

Million dollar views but this property is definitely in need of a deep cleaning and updating. Cabinets, floors, counters are all sticky. Old furnishings, bedding etc should be updated.

This 3 bedroom condo is great for a family and has great seating areas for visiting and reading. The porch furniture is terrific and one reason I chose this condo.

The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The management company did a poor job of checking the unit before we arrived as light bulbs were missing there were cob webs and dead bugs around the windows. This is a beautiful unit with an awesome view and we will come back again!

We had a lovely stay with two issues that any other renter should about. The 4th floor condo had views all the way from Johnny Mercer pier to Topsail. It was convenient, clean, and well stocked although the furniture is worn, faded, and dated. I mean mid-'80s dated! Two major issues though. First and foremost, the woman manning the check-in is not wearing a mask and seemed rather insulted when I asked her about this. There was no hand sanitizer or signs asking people to keep their distance. She interacts with renters from all over and IS NOT FOLLOWING REGULATIONS DURING COVID-19. It says a lot about Intercoastal that they do not have a policy about keeping their clients or staff safe. The other issue is that the seals are broken on numerous windows in the unit and you can't see out of them. I would not rent this unit again until these two issues are fixed.
