DR 2111 - Gorgeous condo, oceanfront deck with panoramic views, pool, tennis

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is bright, comfortable, safe, and clean. This unit felt like being at home. We were very pleased with the design and supplies of the kitchen. The bed and bathrooms clean. Comfortable and roomy. The only faults were. Bathroom number 3 shower was slow to drain and the front door was difficult to lock and unlock. We are pleased to say we would definitely rent agsin.

Was more like a Motel 8 bedding than bedding you’d expect at a $3800 a week oceanfront rental. Didn’t help that the owners stuck an ill-fitting slab of memory foam on top of the mattress. The bathroom in the bedroom with the twin beds also is in need of upgrade/repair. The drain would not stay open so we could shower. The kitchen trash drawer was broken. The back patio door would not always open and my 81 year old mother in law was trapped out there with my young daughter. We will not stay here again. We won’t book with Intracoastal realty again if you don’t provide better accommodations than this.

The kitchen drawers were dirty, found a spatula with dried egg on it in the drawer. The check in staff told us NOTHING about the building such as an entrance with the key close to our unit, etc.

The condo was even nicer than in the pictures. Very spacious, beautifully decorated and plenty of room for the entire family. We had all the dishes and kitchen essentials needed for cooking. The condo was in a great location with easy access to the beach and shopping. Only downside was that the pool was closed due to Covid 19, but opened the last day of our vacation. It would have been nice to have toilet paper and paper towels stocked as those items are still hard to find. Overall, awesome place! Thank you.

Great property, great beach, even greater pool and location close to lots of restaurants and the Fisher Aquarium. We have come here for at least 5 years and love it more every time.
